After having a problem with my plumbing, I had to call my home warranty and they sent out a different company, who made my issue worse than it was. I called back and requested a new company to fix the issue and they sent out Troy from J&L. He not only fixed my issue, but he was very professional and it was very obvious that he knows what he's doing. I will always request this company for any issues that may appear in the future (hopefully none in the near future) but I know this company will be there to help! Thanks J&L!

Jose provided me with exceptional and professional service. He promptly called me back and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. He quickly fixed my toilet and set an appointment for two days later for the more complex work. He offered suggestions, which I appreciated. He estimated 3-4 hours to complete the job but they were done in less than 2 hours. He also called to let me know he was on his way. Highly recommend Jose and his crew!

I've had experiences with many other plumbing company's and J&L Plumbing was by far the best. They were respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable just letting them get to work and they were very thorough too. They replaced my water heater and identified several leaks in our gas line, which other companies failed to find. I am very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone.

I feel so insulted by J&L. We had them out to bid a job that was half finished. It was a simple copper line under the house. They bid $1800!!!! I had another licensed plumber come and finish the job in TWO hours for a few hundred dollars and it works perfectly. I'm not sure how they can justify their prices.

I contacted Troy to have him come to my home for some water backup, he was very responsive and planned to help me out until I realized my landlord was dead set on one plumber. I felt terrible for wasting troys time, but felt I needed to let people know how awesome and responsive he is. He got back to me asap at the top of the morning and I would have gone this route had my landlord not chosen one for us.

Great HONEST company to work with ....called them out to fix a few things at my moms house. not once did they try to sell us things she didnt need. only fixed what we asked them to fix and did it in a timely manner. it was so refreshing to not be pressured into "" you need a new toilet or blah blah"" which is what has happened with other well known plumbing services. I will reccomend J and L to all my family and friends. thank you J and L for being HONEST and ETHICAL..... blessings

Troy did some outdoor natural gas plumbing work for us several years ago to a grill and gas fire pit appliance. Excellent work, very responsive, priced fairly.

After the recent rainy winter, the gas fire pit failed to light. Called Troy again and he came out within less than 24 hours to check my non-emergency issue. He arrived early, checked all the plumbing and pressure and set the issue right, no charge for a previous customer. A++
