Troy was great. After contacting our warranty company, we got a phone call from them right away. He showed up during the time frame he said he would to evaluate our problem. He then returned later in the evening and fixed the job in about 15 minutes.

Really disappointed. Our home warranty company called them and they came out. They didn't ask too many details about what was going on and then stormed off after they called the home warranty company to verify some things. So awkward and we were left with a sewage leak in the basement, a garbage disposal that doesn't work and non functioning toilets. No explanation for leaving, just stormed off. We are very easy people to work with and we would have done whatever was needed to be fixed. Not sure what the heck happened.

J&L were called out by my home warranty to fix a leaky water heater. They scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived right when they said they would. They found and fixed the issue with minimal fuss and made sure to show me exactly what had gone wrong. Quick, professional and even made sure to wear booties in the house and clean everything up nicely. I'll be calling them first for the next inevitable plumbing problem.

I originally contacted J&L Plumbing as a second bid for whole house plumbing. Week before Thanksgiving, my plumbing went completely out on me and needed someone to do the work right away. Troy came out and gave me a price that was extremely fair and could start the next day. Troy and his crew were professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. With all of the work I had them do, they moved quickly and took care of all of the permits. I have since used them to fix my outside plumbing to the mainline and they continued to impress me. I should have contacted them first so that I didn't waste my time with anyone else. I will only use Troy and his team for any of my future concerns.

J&L Plumbing & Drain Provides wonderful service! They come on time. And they explain everything very clearly and in as much detail as necessary. They have dealt with my water heater, and with a variety of other plumbing issues, inside and outside of the house.
In September I called them about several plumbing issues, inside and outside. They came (on time) to look at the situation, to prepare a bid, and to put it on the schedule.But I was really anxious to have it done that day. So they rearranged their schedule to get it done that day (sent extra people out) but stayed with their original bid---no extra charge for turning their schedule upside down. Troy also alerted me to some things I needed to be really careful of, and explained why. I could go on for pages, including coming to relight a pilot light on my water heater at no charge, twice, but I will leave it here. Excellent people, very reasonable prices, and I can think of nothing to complain about!

He explained the issue and explained what needed to be done and how much it was he cleared our issue right away and is coming back to do the rest of this service this weekend. My water heater suddenly blew out and needed to be replaced. After reading the two previous reviews I called J&L plumbing and got an immediate response. The price was very fair and Jose And Troy went right to work installing the new heater. In just two hours they were done. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has a plumbing problem.
