I can't make this up !! these guys get the job done and done fast , they are on it Jose is your go to plumber, anything you need this guy is on it ! I had been struggling with plumbing issues for months and was beyond relieved when Jose and his team came to assess the situation. Jose and his team got right to work and I was very pleased how quickly they fixed the problem. They made sure keep me informed every step of the way. Most importantly, they were beyond respectful of my apartment. They made sure to wear boot covers on the carpet and asked if it would be okay to access different parts of the apartment. We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday night on a holiday weekend and contacted Jose ( the owner.) He actually answered the phone on first call! Not like others that never call back, even though they are supposed to be 24 hour care.
He had Josh come out at 9pm. Josh had to snake to the street twice. He wasn't going to give up! Both Jose and Josh are very professional, knowledgeable , and pleasant. Jose's prices are very reasonable , especially for after hours.
