Jose saved us! We were having a regular lazy Sunday afternoon at home when I caught a faint whiff of gas. As we all know, this is NEVER a good thing. Long story short, we ended up with a HUGE issue and a major gas leak at our house. Jose came to our rescue and was able to redo our gas lines in our home. Jose was prompt in answering my call when my sewer line was backed up and came early the next day after my call and this was after he had worked on 320 condominium building with multiple gas leaks. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got my sewer cleaned in no time. I highly recommend him for any of your residential needs. Check out the tree branches he pulled out of the sewer!!

I contacted Jose for a plumbing leak detection and repair. Jose went above and beyond to get the repair done. This repair took some time, as we had to have asbestos removal. He always responded and did his best to get the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely use him again for any plumbing issues.

I thought we would have to do extensive slab or drywall work, but Jose felt he would be able to clear it without doing so. We developed a leak in the middle of the yard. I contacted Jose and he came out the same day. Very knowledgeable and gave me different options on remedying the issue. His leak detection equipment is state of the art, same stuff the water companies use when they come out to mark your lines. I can't say enough good stuff about Jose and JL Martinez plumbing. Our kitchen sink was leaking underneath and with JL Martinez Plumbing, I was able to schedule a same day appointment on their web page. Technician Josh texted me his arrive time and arrived on time. Jose and I spoke about a month ago. He agreed to come out and give me a quote for new detached ADU plumbing. He never showed up and didn't contact me until month after we spoke. His excuse was that he was too busy with other jobs. I wasn't playing when I contacted him! That's so unprofessional and disrespectful. When he contacted me after a month, I told him that I already have quotes. I told him that he can still give me his quote, but he refused! What joke! Definitely not recommended.

I contacted JL Martinez at night because I lost hot water . I was hoping I would get a call by tomorrow. To my surprise he called me within 5 minutes and got my hot water back on! What a lifesaver! I highly recommend JL Martinez. What professional and responsive service!

Originally, asked JL Plumbing (that I found on the road in the 1st picture) to come out and install new toilets we just bought. As soon as Josh walked into my garage where I stored the new toilets, he smelled gas. I had installed a new dryer the week before by a family member. So Josh brought his foam thing (picture 2) then detected a gas leak. He worked on it for a few hours to replace stuffs and fix it. This prevented a future possible accident given we park our truck there.
Then came time the next day to install the toilet. Then Josh noticed a build up in the pipe (pic 3). Then he had to go under our house to replace a pipe of that toilet. That took another few hours until 730pm.
Then finally today, he brought the snake camera to inspect our pipe and found build up that will need a scrapping ( we will do that down the line). He also brought a gas sniffer that he used all around our dryer, water heater and pipe to detect more leak but al clear, no detection.
To say that Josh went above and beyond for our house in the past 3 days would be an understatement. On top of that, he took time to clearly and thoroughly explained everything to us and also put Jose on the phone for further clarification.

This Team is THE BEST PLUMBING COMPANY , and San Diego is lucky to have them.
