I contacted JL Martinez at night because I lost hot water . I was hoping I would get a call by tomorrow. To my surprise he called me within 5 minutes and got my hot water back on! What a lifesaver! I highly recommend JL Martinez. What professional and responsive service!

Originally, asked JL Plumbing (that I found on the road in the 1st picture) to come out and install new toilets we just bought. As soon as Josh walked into my garage where I stored the new toilets, he smelled gas. I had installed a new dryer the week before by a family member. So Josh brought his foam thing (picture 2) then detected a gas leak. He worked on it for a few hours to replace stuffs and fix it. This prevented a future possible accident given we park our truck there.
Then came time the next day to install the toilet. Then Josh noticed a build up in the pipe (pic 3). Then he had to go under our house to replace a pipe of that toilet. That took another few hours until 730pm.
Then finally today, he brought the snake camera to inspect our pipe and found build up that will need a scrapping ( we will do that down the line). He also brought a gas sniffer that he used all around our dryer, water heater and pipe to detect more leak but al clear, no detection.
To say that Josh went above and beyond for our house in the past 3 days would be an understatement. On top of that, he took time to clearly and thoroughly explained everything to us and also put Jose on the phone for further clarification.

This Team is THE BEST PLUMBING COMPANY , and San Diego is lucky to have them.

I've had Jose (and his other plumber Josh) come to the house for various problems and have always been really happy with their work. Jose is always super responsive, and when I had a difficult problem he suggested multiple ways to fix it. We had them most recently descale our old cast iron pipes and they were here until 7pm making sure they did a good and thorough job. He even took me through every step and showed me on video what he was doing and what the problems were. Can't highly recommend enough.

Booked appt. to repair main line 2 days in advance. Appt. was at noon. When they didn't show up I called and left messages. Finally a few hours later I got ahold of Jose, he said he was on another job, said he could not come out to fix it. Totally irresponsible behavior. Claims all plumbers are busy right now, that's his excuse for not making his appointment which I scheduled with him the day before. You can't trust Jose Martinez when you book with him, if he gets another job, he will just blow yours off without even a call.

I had a need for a plumber as we noticed water on the floor of our main bathroom. I did my homework and found JL Martinez and decided to call them as they have great reviews. I was not disappointed. Jose came out and looked at the problem and advised me the route to go for repairs. Jose and his crew had to come to my house several times and were always so professional and dependable. Jose was very easy to contact and would always make time to explain everything to me. I have added JL Martinez to my contact list for future plumbing needs and will be sure to recommend them to my friends as well.

These guys are some really stand up dudes! After finding myself home alone while the rest of my family was out of town hearing nothing but water running 24 seven I began to freak out. I thought there's no way I can have water running inside this house somewhere while I'm here by myself. After hearing it for a full night I called JL Martinez Plumbing at 6:45am. I fully expected to get the answering machine but wanted to make my calls before I headed into work for the day. They answered the phone right away. They were kind, great listeners, understanding, and willing to get me in that very day. They even FaceTime to me as I took them to the different water shut off valves as well as the water meter out front to lead me through some things I could do on my own before they could get here. Upon arrival they walked around and were super honest with the fact that it turns out my husband had just left the faucet to fill the pool barely open. With how bad I was freaking out, these guys could've totally taken advantage of the situation and made a couple bucks. Instead they were kind, jovial, and super honest. A real joy to be around. I will absolutely use them in the future! Thanks boys!!

Jose made time for my 82 year old right away. She had an underground leak which could have easily turned into having to tear up the pavement in order to fix. Jose found a creative way to avoid that and get my family hot water right away. He was responsive and worked with us around money. Plumbing in general is super expensive so it wasn't cheap. But I trust that Jose gave us the best deal possible. Very kind and reliable.

LOOK ! im going to get straight to the point , one plumber charged me 15,000$ for a job, and Jose said No ! Their crazy, he beat them by almost 6,000 $ !!! I can't make this up !! these guys get the job done and done fast , they are on it Jose is your go to plumber, anything you need this guy is on it ! His team is professional, he is professional, will even teach you a thing or two if you want to learn. I will only call Jose .
