So happy with Joe and J&K Plumbing. I called Joe to have my parents' washer and dryer disconnected in preparation for moving. I had to have this done same day. Joe was very accommodating and worked around my schedule. He even came back half an hour later for payment as I only had a credit card and my parents were at the doctor. We ran into an unexpected issue (shut off valve had to be replaced as he could not stop the water) and Joe took care of it and stopped the leak even though I could not pay him until my parents got back. I really appreciated his helpfulness during an otherwise very stressful move out of state.

I contacted J&K Plumbing via yelp based on the great reviews on Sun 12/23 not expecting to hear back until after Christmas. But actually, someone emailed back right away and told me to call Joe directly. I called him and he was able to come on Christmas Eve! He fixed my sink quickly and professionally and was helpful with a few other things. I'll definitely contact them for future plumbing needs!

Pretty bad service and just recommended my entire community to ditch the guy.

Charged me two hundred dollars to clean my outside drain (of course when it was raining - exactly 38 minutes of work. Fine!

First decent rain shows up and zero water is moving at all. See picture. Called him - response is, I told you it won't drain because there is root. It is not clear why say work is done. Ping me and I have the invoice (which says work is done) and charge was paid.

Wont recommend at all.

My girlfriend had called in the morning regarding a sink leak in her tenant's duplex...and long story short...it's fixed in less than 2 hours from the time she placed the call!

Would definitely use their service again!

Pilot had gone out on water heater and couldn't get it started. Called J&K Plumbing and got a super quick response. Joe did FaceTime and talked through resetting it and got it to restart following his instructions. Saved himself a trip and saved us a big bill - THANK YOU Joe!

I called Joe again this morning. Called him at 8am he was at our place by 9am. Replaced water heater that he discovered was leaking. Dodged a bullet since I thought only pilot light was bad. They were done by 10am. He even upgraded me to a 50gal tank for free!!! Professional and friendly as always. Thank you!!!

Our water heater broke the eve before Thanksgiving. Super quick response and good service. Explained the options of parts and made repair recommendations. Matched the lowest price we got quoted too.

My second time using Joe. Excellent job. We had problems with 1) mismatched PVC tubing under the sink that was leaking 2) hot water not flowing in shower due to faulty cartridge. I appreciate Joe was able to give me some advice on changing my shower setup which I liked a lot more now. Charged me fairly since I had some parts on hand. Will recommend to others!
