GREAT service! Honest prices! A man of his word! He just left our house but I cannot wait to recommend ""Joe"" from J&K plumbing.

He arrived early in the morning with a smile on his face, very personable. He was easy to contact to begin with, fast responder, and makes you feel at ease with confirmations through phone and text!

We needed to get our hose bib replaced, I sent him a picture and he knew exactly what was needed.

We found that it was actually clogged! Wads of paper towel from who knows where! (What's up Union City?)

He did a great job blow torch and all. I think he even did a little extra by adding a female adapter, which is great for if there are any future problems! I didn't feel cheated like other companies in the past who over charged us. I also didn't feel like we were burdening him with our problems, he seems to love what he does!

At the end he gave us a receipt and a 30 day warranty right on the spot! Unheard of! Just goes to show that he cares about his work and he makes his customers feel comfortable with him. Very professional, he will definitely be our go-to guy! Because he says no matter what the time or holiday, he doesn't hike up the price.

Overall experience: professional, on the customers side, awesome!

Fantastic service. I called J&K plumbing at 9 am for installing 2 toilets. They picked it up from Home Depot and not only installed the toilets, but also took take of a couple of other plumbing requests I gave them. One of which was a potential disaster in the waiting. All at a very reasonable price. And quick, they were done before noon. The guys are very professional and I love the work. Highly recommended. J&K will be our plumbing service of choice going forward.

He picked up my call and came in 10 mins for a free estimate. He arrived 10 mins earlier than scheduled time to get ready to work. multiple problems: 2 sinks leak water, 1 sink clogged, 1 sink small part is off, 1 toilet part replacement - it's 2 hours job, Joe fixed everything in 30 mins! $350 is worth it. he gave 60 days warranty. Great service!

I called for a water stain behind a shower wall. Joe came in 2hrs. He spent time investigating the source of the problem and gave a clear explanation of what my options are. He was very friendly and professional. He did not charge me for this service. What a great guy! I will definitely call him back for any plumbing issue. Thanks Joe.

These people were really good. I manage a industrial building in Fremont and live in Santa Cruz. My tenant had a problem with the toilet and I called Joe (or Javed) based on Yelp reviews. He came out at no charge and told me the toilet was really old and needed replacing. That made sense to me, because we'd already had to replace another one.

I later called him and told him to go ahead and replace it, and he billed me. Done.

We were having tousle with our tub and toilets not draining. Our main line was clogged with HUGE ROOTS! The roots were 70 feet out and relentless and they got them out and we couldn't be happier!!

Joe is excellent. We had our mainline sewer backup in both bathroom toilets and showers. I called and he was at my house in 20 minutes. This was on Easter Sunday. He used my front cleanout and snaked out the problem. Very honest and reasonable rates. Gave me a Senior discount. Will definitely use J&K Plumbing again.

Simply said, Joe is the man...he has fixed multiple things in my house since we moved in a few months ago...the first thing he fixed was our bath which the knobs were frozen from going years without use, within minutes it was fixed for a 1/8 of the cost I was quoted from my general contractor. He determined it was a bad cartridge & alls been great since.

A few months later he came by & fixed our leaking sprinkler system and not only that, he replaced our sprinkler / main shut off valve pipes with copper...I also liked that he educated me about the process and gave me options on how to save money.

Today I called him and in a few hours he was here fixing our leaking toilet...he showed me the problem and offered his solution, which as a customer, makes me feel so much better about the scope of work...knowing that I can participate in the project and not just be forced into paying for it. Long story short, within an hour he fixed the broken seal, replaced the flange, and him & his team were on their way.

I have the utmost respect for him & his team and couldn't be happier with their work & professionalism...call them, you don't be disappointed!
