Joe is excellent. We had our mainline sewer backup in both bathroom toilets and showers. I called and he was at my house in 20 minutes. This was on Easter Sunday. He used my front cleanout and snaked out the problem. Very honest and reasonable rates. Gave me a Senior discount. Will definitely use J&K Plumbing again.

Simply said, Joe is the man...he has fixed multiple things in my house since we moved in a few months ago...the first thing he fixed was our bath which the knobs were frozen from going years without use, within minutes it was fixed for a 1/8 of the cost I was quoted from my general contractor. He determined it was a bad cartridge & alls been great since.

A few months later he came by & fixed our leaking sprinkler system and not only that, he replaced our sprinkler / main shut off valve pipes with copper...I also liked that he educated me about the process and gave me options on how to save money.

Today I called him and in a few hours he was here fixing our leaking toilet...he showed me the problem and offered his solution, which as a customer, makes me feel so much better about the scope of work...knowing that I can participate in the project and not just be forced into paying for it. Long story short, within an hour he fixed the broken seal, replaced the flange, and him & his team were on their way.

I have the utmost respect for him & his team and couldn't be happier with their work & professionalism...call them, you don't be disappointed!

My shower stopped giving hot water the other night. Joe came look at it and quickly determined it's a broken cartridge. He fixed it in less than an hour and helped replaced a new shower head.

I'm glad I called Joe, because a guy from another company told me my valve was broken and the job would cost me almost 8x Joe's quote, and would need to take down a wall!

The second time I called Joe, my main water intake pipe was leaking from inside the ext wall. Joe came and fixed that as well. He located the broken copper pipe inside the wall and replaced it in about an hour.

His professional skill and prompt service are so critical to me, because my baby was just born last week. Joe helped take the plumbing problems out of my life so that I can focus on taking care of my family. Thank you Joe!

My tenants contacted me with a backed up kitchen sink and I contacted Joe. I had used him for work at another rental based on Yelp reviews when my regular plumber failed to respond and was very satisfied. Joe arrived the same day he was called, so important when you can't use your kitchen. Joe then did a thorough inspection of the plumbing, rather than just clearing the disposal and calling it good. It turned out we had a serious problem with the plumbing under the house; the tenants hadn't made the connection between all their little drainage problems being connected to one big problem. The house has only one bathroom, so Joe rescheduled his other appointments for the rest of the day to complete repair of the problem and return the bathroom to working order. Since I was not on-site, Joe sent photos of everything and communicated with me at every stage of the repair, including cost, before he proceeded. He will continue to be my go-to plumber for my rentals in the SF Bay Area and I would highly recommend his services.

WOAH! Unbelievable. Joe came by literally within minutes of my calling and it helped greatly that he is also in Fremont. Quickly analyzed the situation and got to fixing my plumbing problem in the bath tub. He is very diligent and efficient. Rates are extremely reasonable and more importantly, just a good guy. I finally found a genuine plumber in Fremont and I can assure you that the rest are just pretenders. If you are looking for someone very good, efficient, reasonable and diligent - CALL JOE. I'm very pleased with the quickness of the visit after my initial call -- less than 2 hours. The rate was less than 2 other plumbers I contacted. He did the work quickly and competently and cleaned up afterwards. I have 2 minor complaints, though. One is that the receipt and warranty were emailed the evening of the same day; I prefer receiving the paperwork before the guy leaves the house, especially since he forgot and had to be reminded to email it. Also, he doesn't accept credit cards - the Yelp info is wrong on that point where it says he does accept credit cards. Would use him again if plumbing issues arise.

My toilet, tub AND shower were all backed up. It started with the toilet and then all hell broke loose. I called my stupid ass First American Home Warranty Waste of Money Bullshit Company and they sent a ""plumber"" who came ill-equipped and unable to do his goddamn job.

Cut to two days later and I called Joe. This is the first time I've ever used Joe. I called at 11:22, he came BEFORE the promised time of 12:30. He figured out what happened and fixed it. He did have to remove the toilet, but he did it so quickly!! He finished before 1:00. The total job cost $300. I know that sounds like a lot for 30 minutes of work, but it was totally worth it. I'm not going to remove the damn toilet. I'm sure as hell not going to stick my anything down there to get it whatever monstrosity is down there. Even if someone ELSE got the clog out, I wouldn't even walk it to the garbage can. Use Joe.
