""free estimate"" visit was not. Tried to get us to replace whole systems when a simple washer would do the job; etc.

Please do AVOID J&K Plumbing.

Please do describe the symptom and get an exact quote for a specific part repair/replacement before visit. Many of these tradesman just look at the neighborhood, guess house values, owner gullibility and then jack up charges accordingly.

I am also wondering how many of these yelp reviews are genuine!

I was extremely pleased with Javed/Joe's work. He was able to come to my house quickly and snaked the main sewer line successfully. He made sure he successfully unclogged and fixed the issue by flushing the toilets and running the water. Very thorough! He also cleaned the shower pan in my master bath (the water had backed up in there, leaving behind remnants of gross pipe stuff - sediment and shaved beard hair) - all on his own. That gesture sent me over the top as that absolutely did not fall under the job agreement. His pricing was accurate and fair - at the very least, comparable to what I have paid other plumbers. He was professional, informative, trustworthy, and extremely warm and friendly. I like to support local businesses and I will be calling on Joe for years to come. Thank you, Yelp reviewers, for hooking me up with an awesome plumber - at last!

This is the second time Joe and Vinay have come to my home and they were both a very big help to me and my Dad, who is now 90. They installed a new kitchen faucet for me and also worked on .... and fixed the problem.... of a very expensive shower installation that would have cost me hundreds and hundreds of dollars to fix !! Joe also fixed my Dad's shower to make it so that we could use a cleaning spray gun style attachment. I was as pleased as I was the first time I met them and they continue to give me quality and professional service. I especially appreciate the kindness that I feel and the genuine concern. I consider J&K Plumbing my plumbers from now on... PLUS the prices are very reasonable and Joe makes sure that he explains in detail what he plans to do and how long he feels it may take him so that we both know before he starts what is going to happen. The only surprise is when he finishes early and nothing else goes wrong... and with a home that is 61 years old... he has been the only one that has come here and works on this place without having mysterious things pop up !! He always leaves everything very neat and clean and I never have to go back and clean up after he leaves.... So I am truly impressed by his abilities and I trust him when he says he is going to do the best job for me and give me great prices.... this is the kind of person that I feel I can rely on and communicate with when I need help with plumbing issues... He's the best !!

I needed to unclog my kitchen sink and have a new faucet installed and Javed did a great job. He gave me a quote over the phone and his price is very competitive compared to other plumbers in the area. He showed up promptly at the time he said he would arrive. He was very professional and even answered my question after he left.

Joe did a great job. We had a water leak and he did not oversell anything or over charge. We decided and replaced both the toilets. He even picked them up from home Depot and completed the work on Sunday to fit our time.
If we ever need plumbing service.. He will be our guy.

Highly recommend Javed as he delivered on what was promised. He arrived on time for our first meeting to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. He returned the next day as scheduled. I had a pretty bad leak in my kitchen sink and needed to replace garbage disposal. He fixed the problems in a timely manner and I'm more than satisfied with the repair.

Very happy with the service from JK. Messaged them late on a Sunday night and he showed up early Monday morning right in the 30 min. time frame they gave us. Our toilet got the plastic roll from the paper dispenser stuck in the piping. He explained the risks of trying to get it out and explained that we would probably have to replace the whole thing. Less than 10 minutes later the piping was cleared and the toilet worked like new.
