Joe arrived as scheduled to clear my sewer drain and did a great job. He previously snaked this pipe 9 months ago so I guess I'll be calling Joe periodically since it is a tree root problem. He is very responsive to calls and reliable. I have been satisfied with his charges, too! I highly recommend J&K Plumbing!

He came, fixed the problem and didn't charge us anything because he didn't had to use his tools and parts.

It is rare in this day and age for someone to be so fair and honest.

The water heater thermal couple quit Friday night. I called many places and no one could come Saturday morning. I called Joe and he said he could come in an hour because he was in the area. Sure enough he showed up half an hour later. He gave me the best quote among others and started working on the heater right away. He was done in half an hour. So in less than 12 hours the water heater was back online.

Overall Joe is responsive, courteous and honest. I recommend him for water heater repair.

Joe came and diagnosed the problem immediately. He fixed our broken pipe under the kitchen sink. Not only did he provide a good price, he did above and beyond. I needed to have a water line installation for a new refrigerator and saw the great reviews on Yelp so I left a message for J&K. Javed called me within an hour and came out 2 days later (he apologized for being 2 minutes late!) He took a look at my setup and knew exactly what I needed to get my water line connected. He's very thorough, he checked for leaks multiple times and was done very quickly! I'm so impressed by his services, I hope I don't have to call him again but it's great to have such a great plumber available.

I had Joe came over and look at water leaking from my living room sheet rock. It was the bath tub upstairs leaking drain pipe. He diagnosed the issue, told me what is the right thing to do , gave me plastic and brass options with cost.
During all this, he briefly glanced into the shower head and fixed the 'slow flow' by removing the extra washer :)

On the day of the job, Joe was done in 2 hours with all the parts replacement and testing.
Reasonably priced.

I had Joe come back replace two toilets. He advised on what model is suitable and what all parts i need. Reasonable labor cost. He also suggested to look into water authority for any rebates and also suggested to call garbage company for disposal - these are free options.

Joe was done doing this within 90 minutes- all the parts replacement and testing.

J and k is awesome! Had a plumbing issue late night and Joe answered our call for help and gave us a quote. He scheduled to come the next morning at 11am and was on time & got straight to root of the problem. Quick and excellent service is hard to find & these guys do just that. I give them 5 stars and would recommend anyone who is having a plumbing problem to use them. Not to mention the price is right for the job they do!
