Excellent service! I left a message and Joe called me back within 20 minutes and he was at my house about an hour later. Snaked a stubborn blockage in the pipe that runs to my laundry sink and it is draining perfectly now and I can do laundry again! I now know who to call the next time I need a plumber!

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced, and the two shutoff valves under the sink, because they wouldn't budge. I had gotten quotes from two other plumbers, Joe gave me a much better price. Joe returned my husband's call quickly after he left a message in the evening. Due to the nature of our situation, he rearranged his schedule and came the very next day. I contacted Joe to clear the roots out of my pipes. Showed up on time and did a great job. Last week I called him again about a possible leak in my bathroom wall because I had a water stain on the floor trim. He was very flexible with the appointment times. Joe again showed up on time, took a look at my wall and said that in his opinion it was just splash from the shower causing it and not a leak. I offered to pay him for his time but he would not take the money. Great guy and honest! I highly recommend.

Joe was very quick to respond to a leaking tub faucet. He quickly isolated the problem diagnosed and repaired it with an optimal solution . He does not try to sell you expensive solutions and works methodically . If you have Moen faucets please do not make the mistake of calling small time plumbers to change cartridges . My trim has been damaged and the entire faucet system has to be replaced . What should have been a simple cartridge fix is now a 1200 dollar fix .

I contacted Joe to snake the clogged drain line for our kitchen sink and guest tub/shower, and he showed up right on time the following day. He quickly removed the kitchen trap, cleared the blockage with an electric snake, and then flushed the line with hot water and snaked it again to make sure as much grease as possible was removed. He then reconnected the kitchen trap and checked carefully for any leaks, which is good, because one of the fittings leaked slightly and needed to be adjusted/tightened. The whole job (including clean up) took about half an hour.

There was some confusion on the price, as we had expected him to honor the offer on his website, which says ""CABLE any DRAIN, CALL & SAVE, $79.00"". He explained that this price was only good for drain lines with a clean out, although it does not say this on his website (as of 7/4/17). He instead quoted me $250 for the job, which I rejected, but I reluctantly agreed to $200 so we didn't have to go the entire weekend without our kitchen sink. When he finished the job, Joe dropped the price to $150, which I appreciated.

I advised Joe to correct his website to avoid this sort of confusion in the future, as other customers might not be so understanding. Note that payment is by check and cash only, no credit cards.
