Jim is honest and very reasonably priced. His service reminds me of how businesses used to run. I had a lamp that needed repair and he had it done within a few hours of my dropping it off. He left it for me to pick up and I left my payment at the same time in the designated spot.

Jim is very professional, honest and reasonably priced. He came to my house to evaluate a slide in pro-style kitchen range/oven. Our dryer was making increasingly loud squawking noises. I called Jim's RepairService yesterday and Jim arrived first thing this morning on his motor cycle. He went beyond the call of duty not only repairing the responsible noise squawker but cleaning out our accumulated lint and directing us to get the lint pipe working properly. His charges were quite reasonable for all that he did. I highly recommend him and will call on him for further appliance issues large and small.

It is getting very difficult to find anyone to repair small appliances, as things are made to just toss and buy another. I hate adding to landfill what may be a fixable item, so was delighted to find Jim when my microwave started acting up. I just followed his instructions on where to drop off my cranky machine along with $20, and literally the same day he called me to say it was fixed and I could pick it up and leave a small balance. Every school system in the area should pay someone like him to do some vocational training to catch those skilled kids who aren't on the booklearning path! We are lucky to have a competent technician close by, and a pleasure to work with to boot.

For appliance,light plumbing and electric do yourself a favor and use Jim. He replaced a garbage disposal in 1hr for us and was an absolute treat to work with old school, wonderful service.

I chose Jim becuase he was listed on a Yelp Top 10 list for appliance repair. It is easy to see why he is top 10. I called him at 7 pm on a Saturday night about my issue and left a message. He called me back at 9 pm. to schedule and then called on Sunday morning to check in for our Tuesday appointment. Unbelievalbe service and the nicest guy you will ever talk to. We were able to settle things over the phone so he did not come out to the house but I will be calling him if we ever have an an appliance issue in the future. Thanks Jim !!!!!!
