Surprising level of service. Was at my door within an hour of calling and fixed our dishwasher (which required a replacement pump) efficiently and economically. Such a nice surprise to have this fix go so smoothly.

Great experience with Jim nearly solving my POS dishwasher problems over the phone, and then coming into meticulously work through all the potential causes, one by one, ending with him very nearly soldering a few tiny wires together on my kitchen floor in order to buy me another year or two. Lessons: don't buy a Maytag, call Jim for service, buy a Bosch.

During this corona virus pandemic my dryer stopped working on a Saturday. I called Jim in the morning and he was at my house the same day within several hours. I was concerned that no one would be available due to the conditions we are going through and also since it happened during a weekend day. Jim fixed my old dryer and certainly saved me from having to either put my wet clothes in my car and go to my brothers' house and use his dryer or a laundromat to dry the clothes, or have to shop and purchase a new dryer at this difficult time we are all going through. Jim is a really nice guy and has been doing repairs for many years. He is very trustworthy and I highly recommend you use him if any of your appliances break. I will definitely call him again if any of my appliances near a repair. He wore a mask and we stayed away from each other during the time he was at my house.
