Well, this is completely unusual. Jim and his son were certainly very Quick! They responded to my inquiry within 10 minutes, with a quote.
He called me in about 30 minutes And said he can be there in 20-30 minutes.
He certainly was here on time.
He did a great job.
I will definitely call him again for other plumbing needs.

My work water heater stopped working, they came out promptly replaced the heating coupling which didn't fix it(the problem was deeper within the WH). Overnight the part and again promptly came and replaced it and now it's fine. I believe it was Mike who helped us. Definitely the best plumbing service I have ever used!

Well, I didn't actually get to use them. 5 minutes before our appointment the toilet miraculously flushed after being fully clogged for 2 days. But I was super appreciative of their communication and quick response! They'll be my first call next time someone flushes the baby wipes!

Two plumbers arrived on time to replace a dripping instant hot & cold water fixture. They were clearly experienced; they were very efficient. Friendly & pleasant wearing uniforms (no plumbers crack). They cleaned up after themselves. Job was done quickly to perfection and I was very happy with what they charged me. I will certainly use them whenever I need a plumber again.

I don't leave reviews often but this company is worth the review. I requested a quote after 9pm and got a response within five minutes. Unfortunately, it was to tell me that they don't service my area. But Mike went above and beyond and gave me free advice through the messaging feature on yelp. He certainly did not have to take the time to chat with me about the issue I am having, but he did and for that, I am thankful and would recommend them to everyone!

I came out from Tennessee because my mother is in a rehab facility and my family needed to make some plumbing changes in her bathtub so she can sit on the bench we installed so she can wash herself. Talk to someone from Jimmy-be-slow yesterday and they said they would be there that afternoon. I needed to be with my mom at the rehab facility but I waited . . . and waited . . . and waited. No show and no call. I waited the next day until 2pm. I called and fired them. Bill Howe Plumbing will be here in the morning. I did eventually get a call back from Jimmy-be-slow saying that they had many emergencies. OK I get emergencies, but you have to call me. That's inexcusable. I felt like I was treated very unprofessionally.

JBQ is absolutely the best. Great service, prompt, fair prices. Can't say enough good things about them. Asked another Coronado plumber for a quote, and it was 3x more for the same service. (Couldn't believe it.) Will never go with another.

No better plumber than Jim and his 2 sons, Mike & Joe. Competent, quick, and reasonably priced. If you have an emergency, be sure to let them know and they will try to get to you first. Do not hesitate to leave a message, they will get your message and help you as soon as they can. Sadly, they do not work evenings or weekends.
