The owner responded to my call and was cold. I told him the name of a friend that recommended him and his response was a skeptical ""ok?"". A better answer would be ""oh yeah he is a good customer"" even if you don't remember them.

Gave me what I considered an FU quote that was 50% higher than my others.

I've recently used Jimmy B Quick Plumbing again. My rental house blocked drain issue was fixed in about 15 minutes by Jim & Mike. The Tenant initially called Bill Howe that didn't fix it & said a $315 camera inspection was needed to find obstruction and other fees to finally fix it!!!
My shower faucet was hard to pull out and push back in and Jimmy B Quick put in new valve and knob in 10 minutes and now working perfectly.

I contacted Jimmy B Quick for some general non-emergency type plumbing. Within 10m of sending my request, I not only had a reply, but also a quote. We immediately scheduled for the next day. Upon arrival, Jimmy and his son were very professional, and went straight to work. Of our 4 toilets, three needed servicing and new parts, which thankfully Jimmy already had on hand, and within just 30 short minutes, all three were completed, and finally working as intended! I am so thankful for Jimmy B Quick Plumbing and their services, and will definitely be suggesting him and his team to others.

The plumbers came this morning and got the problem fixed. They were definitely knowledgeable, but they offset that good work with poor cleanliness habits.

They came and fixed the faucet that wasn't working well, and it probably took around 15 minutes to get it running well again. After they left, however, I noticed they had walked in with their boots and took no measures to ensure cleanliness in their workspace. They left a bunch of water on the floor, and combined with their dirty boots, it left tracks of mud in the bathroom. It was pretty filthy, and they made no effort to clean after themselves. I would prefer not to work with them again given my experience.

Jimmy be quick but he also be dirty.

Once again these guys come through with amazingly quick service! I called at 11:30am with a drippy faucet - they were here in 30 minutes and it was fixed in about 15 minutes! Wasn't even an emergency but I love that they are so prompt!

I started looking for plumbers very late at night, so it's understood that they'd only be able to get back to me in the morning. They were super fast with the toilet tank repair and completely stopped the leaking caused by cross-threading. Real good father and son team supporting each other. The amount paid was so worth the time they spent and the service they provided.
