This is great company with affordable price and excellent customer service. I asked them to fix clog drain for my restaurant. They did very good job. Great service! This is the second time we use Jim & Son plumbing and they did a great job again. Steve replaced our damaged shut valve our cold water supply line to our hot water heater. Definitely our go to Plumbing company!

We reached out to Jim & Sons as our backyard area drains were not draining properly. Whenever it rained our backyard would pool with water and we'd have to sweep away the water into one of the drains that was functioning. When we saw in the weather forecast that it was going to rain again, we immediately reached out to Jim and Sons to see if they'd be able to stop by for an estimate.

We'd reached out to previous plumbers before regarding the same issue and was told we would never major construction done to replace the existing drains. Steven and Chuck came out from Jim & Sons and told us that they'd simply need to cut out a narrow portion of the concrete to add new drains. They came back the next day after initial inspection and got started on the work right away. The work was done in a day and a half and turned out better than we had thought! We plan on adding pavers/steps onto the cut out section, but now the drains are working perfectly and just in time before the long rain days.

From beginning to end, Steven and Chuck were extremely professional and also friendly. They made sure to clean up the yard leaving no mess after completion of the job. They were honest with their inspection, gave a fair estimate, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I'd highly recommend Jim and Sons (especially Steven and Chuck) for any plumbing related work moving forward!

My contractor contracted JIM AND SONS PLUMBING to install a sink, dishwasher and other miscellaneous items in my home. Steven and Chuck showed up on time to the perform the work much needed after 8 months of not having a kitchen. Steven was very honest about everything, he talked me through all the work he was doing. I recently had a drain problem at my house and was in desperate need for help.
I called Jim and Sons plumbing and they were here within half an hour.
They found the problem and fixed it !! And they were very polite and friendly.
My house is 97 years old so I'm always worried about repairs. Usually when I call someone in to fix something they try to talk me into replacing it with something newer instead of just fixing the problem.
They did not pressure me into updating anything because of the age of my house. They took care of the problem and that was it . I am very grateful for the respect they had for me and my old house.
I highly recommend them for all plumbing needs.

After calling late in the afternoon, service would have been able to happen the same day, but we were not able to receive the plumbing service until the next morning. Chuck and Steve showed up on time after calling ahead.
Service was performed without hesitation in what seemed like just a few short minutes.
If all of their services are so performed as well, this company would be recommended to all in need of plumbing services.
From the person setting up the service call, to the service tech's, all went well and without a hitch.

And then this happened-our bathroom continued to smell like there was still a leak from the toilet-that sewer smell. I was just crazy frustrated. I called Steven and he took my call while in the midst of another job, said he'd call me back, and when we connected we set-up a plan on how to address the issue. He kept his word. He checked in with me during the day to see if maybe the smell had dissipated as most times it does. He rearranged his next morning and came over first thing. Ah, er, ahem, with my leaving the bathroom door closed, only the exhaust fan on, I did a disservice as I discovered with my taking a shower using shower gel, quite rose fragrant, so that it over powered and knocked the methane gas out, poof, apparently fixed the problem. When Steven arrived at 8AM I was so chagrined because it just didn't have the sewer smell anymore. He couldn't find it, the problem I had nagged him about all the day before. Yikes! He was so bewildered, as was I. Steven double checked with me at noon to confirm that it was still coming up rose's shall we say. We both were so glad to call this project completed! I am doubly sure I will call this business again - for any thing I can think of.
