I had a loud knocking sound in the shower when I turned on the hot water. Danny arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. I had two issues. The water pressure regulator was faulty resulting in high water pressure. The shower cartridge was bad causing the knocking sound. Danny explained each step involved and completed the repair in timely manner. The install of the new parts was very clean. I'm extremely satisfied with the outstanding service.

We just completed a whole house repipe,and Danny was a Superstar! He spent 20 min under our house during the estimate and checked our water pressure. We had 2 other estimates, and none of those companies did a pressure check or bothered to go under the house, which Danny did upon giving us the estimate. He walked us through the whole procedure and really made us feel good about the job

I am so excited to write a review for a company that absolutely deserves 5 stars. If I could give them more stars I would. Aaron and Jaime came to the rescue. Aaron and Jaime arrived on time and assessed the situation. They are HONEST, DEDICATED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and TRUSTWORTHY which is rare to find now a days. Other companies try to upsell you on unnecessary services and really don't give you any options. Jim's and Sons give great pricing and stick to it upon arrival.
