Jim & Sons was so great! From the moment I first called to the invoice payment being processed they were extremely helpful during a difficult situation. I had a pipe that was leaking from my front yard and lots of water was coming out so we had to shut the water off. When I called, they were very friendly and were able to dispatch a repairman immediately. Steve, the repairman, contacted me and discussed the plan and pricing. He was very transparent, gave me a great deal on the service and had the repair completed within a few hours. Everyone was so great at communicating with me and helping me to resolve the issue even while I wasn't able to be onsite. All of this was done through the phone and I am so glad to have found Jim &sons. Although I hope I don't have to contact them again anytime soon, at least I know for sure who to call in case of any future issues!

My daughter threw a toothbrush down our toilet and flushed it. Jim and sons came in and fix the problem quickly and professionally. Very neat work. Easy to schedule and pay for. Very fair price.

The best rates in Riverside! I called two other plumbing services listed here on Yelp before getting an estimate from Jim & Sons. The first estimate was $3,500. The second estimate was $4,600. Jim and Sons estimate was $2,100 for the same job. No brainer there, right? Jim and Sons got the job done a few days later since they were so booked. I didn't mind waiting a couple of days. A dripping hose was disconnected or damaged in the process. When I reported it, they came to fix it early the next day. They also installed a brand new faucet and reconnected my garbage disposal for a fair price.

I will be using this company for all my future plumbing needs.

They are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly .

I was getting estimates for a gas relocation line job in our kitchen. Other companies were charging me a lot more, giving me different answers and taking a long time to determine how to fix it. I didn't want to wait almost 30 mins for an answer and ballpark quote.

However, with this company, Danny was quick to find the solution, respond with an emailed quote, knowledgeable and thorough. He also kept his mask on which was extremely courteous. We have a crawlspace and he literally got under it and addressed the solution. The price agreed with our wallet and the availability for the job was amazing! Definitely bookmarking them for future plumbing issues.

Our grandfather, father and uncles ran a family swimming pool maintenance company serving Riverside and the surrounding area for approx 50 years, much like Jim & Sons. So we were happy to find them.

My parents are disabled seniors and their plumbing backed up thanks to phantom baby wipes. My brother and I were making plans to move them to a hotel where they could be comfortable until the issue was fixed, however it was easier to be home and safer from the pandemic. My brother called Jim & Sons and they came out right away, scoped the drain removed the blockage within a minute and the crisis was done.

We had Jim & Sons come out again because the plumbing work bid by a home renovation company working with the City of Riverside price gouged charging 10x as much as Jim & Sons for a snake job. To have that removed from the bid we called Jim & Sons back out and they snaked and removed tree roots for ten times less than the reno bid that would do less.

Jim & Sons also came out one time the week prior to perform the root removal but my brother had rushed our father to the ER just before the appointment and they were courteous with our mother and said they would return. There was no charge for a missed appointment and they came back another day and did the work.

There was definitely a situation to exploit, but they are a good, hard working, honest and reliable company with very affordable prices that break stereotypes about the plumbing industry as predatory.

We will call again and also recommend them.

Unreliable and unprofessional. I set up an appointment to install a new kitchen sink. I sent pictures. They canceled a few hours prior to my appointment. The owner rescheduled the appointment. The morning of the appointment, the owner doesn't show up. No call. My messages don't get a reply. If you're looking for a reliable company, this one is not it. They wasted my time. I could've found someone else by now. I stand by what I say, I never received a call. Two appointments cancelled in the same week.

If you are reading this because you're looking for a plumber, just call Jim and Sons Plumbing right now. You will not find a better price, better service, or more skilled plumbers anywhere. They also are are some of the nicest people I've ever met. We moved into our house 7 months ago. Since then we've put in a new sink, RO System, whole house de-scaler, toilet, water line for the fridge, garbage disposal, new water heater, and we had a gas leak. They've been here so much doing work on our house that my daughter thinks they are our friends and asks about Mr. Aaron. There was one issue where a part they installed was faulty. They came out within 24 hours, fixed it asap, explained the issue an apologized excessively, and explained to that they've taken steps to ensure they don't get parts from that vendor again. Not only do they do great work, but they have the integrity to own a problem and make sure that it doesn't happen again, at no cost to the customer.

I have very minimal toleration for bad service, and am always looking for the best deal, for me to have used the same plumber, this many times, in this short a window, says something about their skill, quality, and integrity. I cannot recommend them enough. I contacted them on a lark because they are based on Narnia St and I'm a huge CS Lewis fan, and it was easily the best contact we've made with a tradesperson since buying our house. As you've been reading this, your toilets been leaking, or your sink has been clogged...call Jim and Sons and get that fixed asap.

Danny showed right on time for the appointment. He changed my garbage disposal with in 30 mins. Before replacing it he tired to fix the already existing disposal! I really appreciated the service. Good guys and good business
