Had multiple estimates by other companies & chose Jim & sons for their honesty & competitive pricing. They did an excellent job installing a Springwell Salt-free Water Softening System. They were very hard working & spent extra time to making sure everything was working properly. I admire their knowledge & would highly recommend them if you're looking for excellent professionals!

Are you looking for an honest plumber that you can depend on to get the job done right? I had a slab leak under my house in the kitchen. Not something that is an easy fix (having to jackhammer a hole in my kitchen floor). James and Aaron conquered the job with ease. I have to thank these guys for coming out and help diagnose the problem I had with my drain. They were beyond professional and courteous, not to mention humble about their job. I had two other plumbers who I called before these guys, but they came first and the other plumbers were supposed to be higher rated. The other plumbers were pissed their job was taken and looked at me like I made a bad choice, but I'm 100% certain that it wasn't my choice that the right plumbers came to my place that day ;).

Wow - Monster HydroJetter!

A+ Experience! Amazing Quality, Good Price, and Service!

All HydroJets are not created equal, Jim & Sons have a MONSTER of a Hydrojet. Yes, you can find a cheaper hydrojet, but it will probably be a much smaller machine. They have a Trailer Based System with a huge tank, that can do 18 Gallons Per Minute and 4,000 PSI. You need a tank in order to do that many Gallons per minute. One of the heads they use is called a Warthog, and it's an amazing piece of equipment. Their Hydrojet uses a caterpillar diesel motor. There is a lot of maintenance, because of the high pressures involved.

The camera system they used is top quality, RIGID.

All plumbing equipment is not created equal, and their Hydrojet went through a huge root in a clay pipe that had laughed at trying to cut it out with a Snake. The hydrojet just blew through it.

Jim & Sons is a family run business, and James was the one helping me out. I have had Hydrojetting done three times by other vendors, and Jim & Sons is my new goto Hydrojetter.

Hydrojetting is needed for some applications, where a Snake just won't work. Tree roots is one, another is grease.

I used them to replace a pressure regulator coming into the house, that was old and corroded and could not be adjusted. The price was fair and the job was done quickly.

Our realtor referred us to this company during the inspection process of our home purchase. The previous owner made a sloppy repair that actually weakened our water main shutoff. Aaron and Jesse came out and gave us a free estimate and included best and worst-case costs based on what they might find once they got in there. After buying the house, we called Jim & Sons back and Aaron was able to fix the pipe at the lower estimate! Aaron was prompt, responsive, and ethical. We felt fully informed throughout the whole process and Aaron took the time to clearly explain the problem and our options. It's great to know that our home is safer from the potential disaster of a burst valve and we're delighted to have honest, responsible, licensed professionals we can call upon next time we need something.
