I think this plumbing company is AWESOME! They work so hard to make sure you have great plumbing. We had an emergency at work with our plumbing, and Mike came out, repaired it, and was fast, professional, and even made us laugh with his funny personality. He answered our questions. Jim England plumbing is even awesome on the price. Thank you Mike and Jim England Plumbing for everything. Our whole office staff is very grateful!!! I would highly recommend this company.

Terrible! Please take my advice and do not use this company unless you like throwing away money. I was charged an outrageous amount, and the only thing he was able to do was unclog the drain! He wasn't able to determine where the leak originated. While on the phone with his coworker, looking for advice, i could hear the other guy laughing loudly. Then that same man called me the next day, confusing me with another customer. Totally unprofessional. To top it off, he walked around my house with his "dirty" wet gloves, grabbing the staircase, etc., and I had to follow behind him with a Clorox wipe.

Was a bit late in arriving but did go above and beyond to fix my needs and answer every question. Clean and neat, and fixed a last minute issue without having to reschedule. And was pleasant and patient when answering my questions the following day by phone.

We are selling our house and the buyer requested a fireplace tech service our fireplace. That guy was not much use. Enter Mike from Jim England. He not only found the small leak involved, but removed two tiles without breaking them (thank goodness, I didn't have replacements). For kicks, he gave fixing the fireplace a shot and got it done in record time. While all this is going on, my 4 year old was pestering him with questions. He was not only patient with my boy, but entertaining and all around a pleasure to be around. I have more great things to say about my experience so far with Jim England (including JT, who bailed me out more than once), but it would be too much to write. I can't recommend them enough!

I called for service at my daughter's house on Wednesday 7/12/2017. I received a call on Thursday morning from Mike. He was great and the pictures my daughter sent me showed me he did a professional job. Thanks Mike. I didn't give it 5 stars because I thought it was a tad expensive, but Mike did do a professional job.

Jim England Plumbing is the best there is. They have not only fixed my plumbing emergencies, but installed new fixtures as well. They are quick to respond and do excellent work. Can't think of any plumbers more knowledgeable and trustworthy. Don't hesitate to call them!

Call someone else!!! Yes, he can fix the problem, but for a Master Plumber with 30 + years, he doesn't seem to know how to do basic plumbing quickly. He will charge you for all the time he spends complaining how "hard" a fix is (it was tight, but my husband could have fixed it in the same time!!), taking bathroom breaks and going back and forth to his truck 10x to get 1 thing at a time. Well that is how he works. He comes to a 30 minute job and milks it for as long as possible. Not trustworthy, what so ever!

We were hoping to find our go-to plumber. An overall nice person, who we could trust to be fair and honest. This behavior/business practice is what gives trades people a bad reputation. It is sad, because I have a lot of respect for trades and small business owners.
