Horrible customer service! I called to schedule an appointment and was told they would be at my house the next day at 7:30am. The tech did not show up until 9:00am and seemed to be in a hurry. I told him we had already snaked our washing machine line but the water was still flooding out of the line. He told me that he would have to snake it again to make sure there was not a clog in the line. Once he completed the task he told me it would be $205 (service call) which I paid but was upset that he did not run the washer to make sure the problem was fixed. He left and told me to call if the line flooded again. Right after he left I ran a quick wash cycle and the line flooded again. I immediately called the plumber to see if he could come right back and was told it would be the next day. I asked if he was going to apply the $205 to the repair since nothing was fixed and was told that the money was for the first service call. WHAT?!? This morning I called the plumber, no answer. I texted the plumber, no reply. I finally had to call a different plumber (they offer free estimates/$0 service call) and schedule an appointment. I then called the office to complain and was brushed off like they did not care. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Get on Thumbtack and request multiple offers.

I used this plumbing company today , referred by Dave's handyman , I was very happy, Miles came right out and fixed a clogged main line and even went home to get his shop vac . I will definitely be using them again

Company came out quickly but were dishonest and not knowledgeable. Did not fix my problem, but still billed us like they had. We had to call another plumber out the same day and the problem was fixed immediately. Don't recommend this company.

$250. to swap out a kitchen faucet and he had to come back. The hot water did not work, (it was not adjusted) the cabinet hinge was not reconnected when he left , the handle was on the right side of faucet.

The instructions (right there on counter) said the handle can go to the left side or the center (exactly like the old one was ) ...why would you not install it like he old one?

The hot/cold water lines are reversed too ! Professional plumber ? Ha. Not even close. And a smart a** attitude too. Find another plumber.

I was apalled with their pricing it cost $185 to change the batteries on our kitchen Faucet sensor.

I think this plumbing company is AWESOME! They work so hard to make sure you have great plumbing. We had an emergency at work with our plumbing, and Mike came out, repaired it, and was fast, professional, and even made us laugh with his funny personality. He answered our questions. Jim England plumbing is even awesome on the price. Thank you Mike and Jim England Plumbing for everything. Our whole office staff is very grateful!!! I would highly recommend this company.

Terrible! Please take my advice and do not use this company unless you like throwing away money. I was charged an outrageous amount, and the only thing he was able to do was unclog the drain! He wasn't able to determine where the leak originated. While on the phone with his coworker, looking for advice, i could hear the other guy laughing loudly. Then that same man called me the next day, confusing me with another customer. Totally unprofessional. To top it off, he walked around my house with his "dirty" wet gloves, grabbing the staircase, etc., and I had to follow behind him with a Clorox wipe.
