Company Overview

The Jim Dickerson Company, a family-operated establishment, caters to the Charlotte region and nearby locales. Jim, a lifelong resident of Charlotte, mastered the plumbing craft under the guidance of his father-in-law, Chester H. Creed, and spent many years working alongside him before launching his own venture.

The year 1977 marked the inception of Jim Dickerson Plumbing, created by Jim and his wife Judy. Initially a one-truck operation, our business has steadily grown, and we now have a large fleet of service vehicles at your disposal.

To meet the needs of our customers, we have added Electrical and Heating and Air divisions to our company. As a result, our extensive customer base can access the same reliable and honest service for their Electrical and HVAC needs that they trust in our Plumbing services.

Our current location, a spacious 11,000 square foot facility, became our home in 2005. This site features a 7,000 square foot warehouse that allows us to stock a variety of commonly used parts, water heaters, fixtures, and equipment, enabling us to provide prompt service even after regular business hours and on weekends.

Jim's daughters, Debbie and Angie, joined the company after completing their college education and currently oversee the daily operations of the office, including Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, and Accounting.
