Reached out to a few vendors to fix a leaky bathtub faucet. JIG was quick to respond and schedule a time to do an estimate. Frank, the technician, came at the beginning of the stated arrival time. He was great and walked me through the whole process. Showed me what needed to get fixed and was able to find the part at a supply spot nearby. The job was completed and he waited to make sure that there were no more drips. Great work and I will reach out directly to them next time I need some plumbing work done on our home!

After the water heater was replaced I found another leak from a corrosive pipe inside the drywall unfortunately, post the ad on Yelp on Saturday and JIG responded immediately and scheduled on Monday for inspection. Noah arrived early Monday morning and did the inspection and gave me a reasonable offer. It took him a few hours to replace the pipes and everything works fine after replacing! Appreciate Noah and JIG Plumbing's professional service!

We were frantic Friday trying to shut the hot water off to my dad's shower. At first there wouldn't be anyone available for a few hours. The office called me back and luck would have it a tech was finishing a job and would be on their way. Alex showed up, diagnosed the problem and within an hour was completed. We really were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Alex also noted something we might consider doing in the future before it becomes an issue. That was really appreciated and I asked for an estimate. We will be calling JIG Plumbing & requesting Alex to complete that project as well. I loved the communication from my initial call to after the job was done. I was emailed and text a confirmation of appt, was able to track Alex on route and afterwards the invoice was emailed to me. Looks like we found a winner and a plumbing business to take care of all our needs in the future! I highly recommend.

When I decided to go with a complete repipe instead of digging up the foundation, I began calling for quotes. JIG Plumbing was by far the most professional, friendly, and on time company I dealt with. Jason took the time to listen and understand my needs. He was thorough, efficient, and explained exactly what would be necessary for my situation so I knew exactly what to expect. I got a same day quote (which was very reasonable) and decided that this is the kind of company I wanted to work with.
