It's pretty rare that I take the time to write out a review and I only do so when the service exceeds my expectations.

A lot of people do a ""good job"". However it's not that common these days when someone actually takes pride in what they do. I believe in doing a job once and doing it right. This was the experience that I received today.

Taylor of JIG plumbing took his time to make sure that our kitchen sink and clean out wouldn't give us any trouble for the foreseeable future. And when I mean he took his time, let me elaborate.

First off, I called them to get a hydro jetting service. Not only did he hydro jet, he inspected the clean out with a camera, then took a snake to it because the pipe had so much build up. After that, he used the camera again then hydro jet once more. After inspecting it one more time with the camera, we saw some heavy build that was about 10 ft long which started at 15 feet I'll the way to 25 feet in. I couldn't believe how bad it was until I saw it with my own eyes.

So after further tries and repeating the same process, the build up was so bad we had to do descaling as well. So in total, he did about 4 different plumbing services that I saw to ensure it was fully cleaned.

I'm not only happy because my sink and clean out were done right, but more so at the fact that I got to witness Taylor take pride and what seems to me is passion in what he does.

I'm not sure if it's mainly Taylor as a person, or if he was trained this way by JIG plumbing, but the service that was provided made me put them at the top of the list in their industry!

JIG Plumbing provided outstanding service from start to finish at a very fair price, backed by a two-year labor warranty. Unlike any other contractor, JIG informed me about the Southern California Gas rebate of up to $1,500 for the cost of a tankless water heater--a valuable tip I wouldn't have known otherwise.

Their efficiency was impressive. They drained my old, leaking tank water heater, removed it, and even returned it to Home Depot to secure a store credit. Then, they picked up a Noritz tankless water heater and completed the installation--all in a single day, on the very same day I hired them.

I highly recommend JIG Plumbing for their professionalism, expertise, and exceptional service.

Reached out to a few vendors to fix a leaky bathtub faucet. JIG was quick to respond and schedule a time to do an estimate. Frank, the technician, came at the beginning of the stated arrival time. He was great and walked me through the whole process. Showed me what needed to get fixed and was able to find the part at a supply spot nearby. The job was completed and he waited to make sure that there were no more drips. Great work and I will reach out directly to them next time I need some plumbing work done on our home!
