This is to review my first experience with J&G and May say what a surprise. Called with a bit of an emergency and these guys from start to finish were informative and profesional. Showed up to the house glanced at our problem and within a few minutes got a quote for the repair. The second I said let's do it Clifford was on a roll to make it happen. A few hours later we received confirmation that everything was done. They made sure everything was working as it should before leaving.

I called them when the hot water heater needed to be replaced. They came on the same day to check out the set up and were back the next day. It was incredibly hot and the water heater was in the attic. They were very efficient and fast. They took the time to explain the functions and maintenance. Great company. Highly recommend.

Excellent plumbing installation of our new faucets. They arrived right on time and did a very thorough installation. Having two instead of one plumber show up was really nice and took very little time. They always answer the phone unlike most plumbers and gave me a reasonable estimate right over the phone. George from J&G Plumbing came over to my house about a week and a half ago to replace my broken faucet and a major drain problem in my upstairs bathroom. When I called to schedule an appointment, I called late in the day. To my surprise, George answered (not an answering sevice) and worked around my schedule. He came over on a Saturday and didn't charge extra because it was the weekend. He was quick but thorough. He was also really responsive when I texted him. He showed up on time, too. I am very happy with the work that was done and will only be calling J&G when I have a plumbing need in the future.

I can't say enough good things. They came out the same day I contacted them. Upon inspection the job was an even bigger mess than we thought so they came back the next day with parts. I was given a quote and they stuck to it. Great company!

I got home on a Saturday evening to find water coming from the ceiling of my master bath. I checked Yelp quickly, saw lots of stars on J&G and gave them a call about 11PM. They answered (not an answering service!) and he told me he would be there in an hour to hour and a half. However, it only took about a half hour or so for him to arrive and he had found the leak, completely fixed the problem by replacing a small piece of pipe in the attic and was gone by midnight. I was thrilled. I was worried about what a Saturday late night service call would cost but I was pleasantly surprised and feel that the charge was very fair. Definitely recommend!

Awesome service! Called at 7:45 had a new water heater before noon. The crew was neat and fast. Even swept the floor before they left. I would highly recommend J &G!
