A month or so ago, we moved down to The Woodlands from California to be close to a sick family member. A couple nights ago (Friday before 4th of July weekend, of course), the kitchen sink started to back up. It wasn't just a bit slow, it was pretty much unusable. I'm pretty sure I heard it laugh at me when I poured Drano down it. It did nothing.

They responded quickly and were able to come out on Sunday. Boy, I'm glad they did! They pulled out so much gunk out of the pipes! I forget the name of the plumber that came out, but I appreciate his dedication towards ensuring we didn't need to have them come out again. He snaked the pipes almost all the way to the outside of the house, clearing out what was assuredly years of gross build up!

We'll totally use them again if we have any other plumbing problems. I'd highly recommend them!

George was one of the few plumbers to answer his phone and put us on his schedule for emergency repairs during the recent big freeze. He regularly responded regarding schedule and showed up today during the scheduled window. Polite and professional we had water restored about an hour after his arrival.

I am so thankful J&G plumbing were able to come out immediately! They help me find the source of the leak for my island, so now I can move forward with insurance and dealing with Lowe's to get my island completely replaced. They were thorough and they were view, make sure to take plenty of pictures and video that they sent me, truly appreciate it.

We called J&G for prior work and were satisfied. This time, however, no such luck. My phone call was answered right away, a time was scheduled, and I was asked to text my address. I found out that my husband had a doctor's appointment and texted right back to see if we could move the appointment forward a few hours. No response. Texted again. No response. My husband finally called and they were to be out at 5:00. We cancelled dinner plans to make sure we were home. They never showed up and never called. Too bad, while they were out I was going to also get a quote for whole-house repipe.

We called on Sunday evening and they were willing and ready to come out that day! We ultimately scheduled for between 8am-9am Monday morning(our choice). They got to our home in the indicated timeframe which is always appreciated and finished quickly. They provided a reasonable quote and were very professional even over the phone. We would definitely work with them again!
