Called to make an appointment to have them look at a plumbing issue I was having. They said they would come later that day. They never showed up. They never answered my texts or called me back. Don't waste your time waiting on them to come by. Find someone else.

Update: I called the number 713-545-0655 & made the appointment for Thursday later in the day. I spoke with a man but he didn't give me his name.

Came home this evening to a busted pipe from the freeze on the side of my house. During all the chaos with the Houston freeze, J&G answered my call and within an hour, fixed a busted pipe outside my house. George was awesome! Highly recommend using this company!!! Thank you!!!

George is top notch!!!! Totally supports veterans. We called needing a gas line moved in our kitchen and 2 toilets installed. Great pricing, came out when he said he would and did a top notch job. he had to break into the sheetrock and repaired it like a pro. We plan on using him for the rest of Harvey disaster. We did not have insurance so he was right on target with pricing.

Great company! I had a leak at the main water line to my house which was caused by a crappy fence guy who hit the line and claimed he fixed it..a year ago! I called this morning at 10 am and was told they would arrive between 1-2...1 pm on the dot they were here to fix it! A couple of hours later, they had us up and running. They fixed the problem in the rain..great technicians!

Great job!! I called my warranty Company and they failed me @AHS_Warranty so I call J&GPlumbing and they did not make me wait until Monday to get my water back into my home. The two guys Neal & Clifford were very friendly and quick. Thank you George for sending them, they did an awesome job.

I have two water heaters that were 10 years old. One sprung a leak the night before we left for a trip. Unfortunately, we had guests arriving the day after we returned. Hence, we needed a replacement at a reasonable price and a certain time.

I researched plumbing companies on Yelp and spoke with 3-4 while at the airport, in transit, etc. Many would not give me a quote without coming out for a hard sell "estimate" even though I had pictures I could send.

J&G called me back very quickly. I explained the situation and what others had told me thus far. They were very professional, explained the pro's & con's of each water heater, and provided a great price and schedule. I did my own research and confirmed what they told me.

I called them back that afternoon, requested a certain day and time for the install. They were so great I told them to replace both water heaters (figure the other was not far behind).

Neal and Clifford arrived right on time. As always happens, they ran into a few complications but never complained. They were very polite and hard working.

I would highly recommend J & G Plumbing. If nothing else, give them a call and discuss your issue.

As for the other plumbers with the hard sell, you lost out on two water heater replacements instead of one (and a great review).

Conclusion - always provide the highest level of customer service. It pays back in multiples.

I love it when a contractor shows up early rather than late! These guys were available on short notice and squeezed me into their morning schedule the very next day of my call. Talk about almost instant gratification!!!They were professional, courteous and hard working. They quoted me a flat fee for replacing my water heater in the attic even though they ended up having to replace some extra piping. I would use them again and highly recommend them to friends and family!
