I am so thankful J&G plumbing were able to come out immediately! They help me find the source of the leak for my island, so now I can move forward with insurance and dealing with Lowe's to get my island completely replaced. They were thorough and they were view, make sure to take plenty of pictures and video that they sent me, truly appreciate it.

We called J&G for prior work and were satisfied. This time, however, no such luck. My phone call was answered right away, a time was scheduled, and I was asked to text my address. I found out that my husband had a doctor's appointment and texted right back to see if we could move the appointment forward a few hours. No response. Texted again. No response. My husband finally called and they were to be out at 5:00. We cancelled dinner plans to make sure we were home. They never showed up and never called. Too bad, while they were out I was going to also get a quote for whole-house repipe.

We called on Sunday evening and they were willing and ready to come out that day! We ultimately scheduled for between 8am-9am Monday morning(our choice). They got to our home in the indicated timeframe which is always appreciated and finished quickly. They provided a reasonable quote and were very professional even over the phone. We would definitely work with them again!

These are the plumbing service to use. Had outside sewer backup. They were here within couple hours with a smile and I didn't even say "emergency". Fixed it quick and more than fair costs for such. No smoke or mirrors, just expedient and professional doing their job. Will definitely use J&G in future as need be and refer to friends as well. One would be foolish to not use them in my opinion.

Stellar service. Clifford answered the phone directly when I had a plumbing emergency. After I explained the situation he said he would be there between 11:30 and 1:30 - only a couple hours advance notice. Made sure we had turned the water off first - showed up earlier than promised. Got right to the situation and gave me a detailed explanation of the problem and offered a couple solutions. Once we decided on the best option he got right to work and fixed our attic leak. Verified all was dry and even fixed a couple other things I had mentioned. All in about 45 minutes. Clifford is awesome! Thank you - we will be calling you guys for all future plumbing work!

I saw a lot of good reviews on Neighborhood app. Then I saw the good reviews on YELP. I called 7 different plumbers for a quote to replace a hot water heater. Not only was J&G the lowest quote they arrived early the next day and were finished in less than 1.5 hours. I have definitely found a new plumber.

George and Jesse were so polite, down-to-earth, (loved the plumber stories - hilarious & even made me feel better about my own situation, lol) and let's not forget...fast! After a mishap with some feminine products and toddler toilet paper parties, I had things backing left and right simultaneously and a pool forming in my master shower.. ugh :-/

I called J&G, George answered & gave me some immediate instructions and took my address, and within an hour and a half - they arrived and had my lines cleared! Woohoo!

Not cheap - but nothing about plumbing usually is. I have no qualms and highly recommend! I will definitely call them again when needed!

WOW! Not often can we just applaud a business for such amazing job! Let me just say George and Jessie picked up the phone and heading my way in all of 30 minutes from me hanging up the phone. My sink was so stopped up and full of grease. They had to "snake" it twice. It had even managed to back up into a bathtub. Which they unplugged and cleaned out. He made sure that the water was flowing from the clean-out outside, as well as the sink and bathtub inside.
I can't say enough about these two. Thank you so much for being prompt, courteous and just professional. Hope I don't need a plumber any time soon, but if I do, these two guys will be who I will be asking for!

This is to review my first experience with J&G and May say what a surprise. Called with a bit of an emergency and these guys from start to finish were informative and profesional. Showed up to the house glanced at our problem and within a few minutes got a quote for the repair. The second I said let's do it Clifford was on a roll to make it happen. A few hours later we received confirmation that everything was done. They made sure everything was working as it should before leaving.
