Very professional service! Long story short- after talking to 2 other companies and getting absurd quotes over the phone and being told i would have to wait 2 days I found J&G Plumbing. I dealt with George and explained my issue. He did not give me a ridiculous quote over the phone and was at my house that afternoon! Spoke with him around 10 am he was there at 2:40 pm! Fixed my issue in less than 2 hours and my bill was minimal- way cheaper than what the other companies quoted me! George was very nice and professional! Thanks J&G for saving my kitchen!! You guys rock!!

We had a recent issue with the house-to-the-street sewer system. Everything backed-up into our house, so needless to say, the call we placed to this provider was considered an emergency call. Emergency call - extra charge? Would they arrive quickly - or a day later?

This company not only promised a SPECIFIC TIME RANGE they would be out, but they also said their prices were extremely competitive (which was also true).

* Stated they would be out between 10:00 - 10:30am, and would call 30 minutes ahead to advise their arrival. They called at 10:05am and were here by 10:20am. That in itself is amazing enough.
* Job completed in 30 - 40 minutes.
* Used top quality equipment.
* High customer ratings.

And the best part of their service ...before the work began, they showed my husband exactly what was happening so he could physically see the issue - and not just be told. Total cost, was about $100 less than the other quotes I received.

No issues with the water heater replacement but this company is not your typical company. They have to write everything down off your credit cards in order to accept payment. When I looked at the credit card website there was a charge of $33 dollars over the amount on my bill. I called them and the owner answered the phone and told me they charge an additional 3% when using a credit card though this does not appear on the bill. I said they never told me this when I paid and he said they will send me a check for the $33 and they did. I called a few times and twice they answer "Hello" instead of announcing the company name. The two techs showed up dressed in t-shirts and genes (See the photo on their website) and that is OK but they never alerted me when they would arrive so when I looked through the window I had no idea who these two people were. I just thought it odd that anyone operates like this now days. I had to tell them to adjust the position (rotate)of the water heater as the drain plug would not work as it was not centered to drain. I would recommend them but don't think you're getting one of the large plumbing companies when they come out.

They arrived on time, did the work at the provided quote which was very reasonable and finished the job very quickly. I've used several of the bigger plumber companies in the past and felt these guys provided a much better experience.

Very polite and were at my house within an hour and a half of calling. The drain from the house had to be cleared, it was definitely stopped up. They were here about 30-40 mins? And charged a total of $210.00

Had a pipe break off ouside the house, and within an hour George and Dustin were there to help out. They were friendly, quick, and fair! I would highly recommended them with any plumbing problems!

Fantastic company. I needed to have my hot water heater replaced. They were able to replace it quickly and I'm thrilled. The price was reasonable and they are very kind and professional. I definitely recommend them.

On 5/13 we bought our home.
On 5/17 we called J & G Plumbing due to a very slow drain on my son's shower. Two guys come in they were very polite and nice. Charged $175.00 to "fix" the issue. We did see much improvement but they said that because the house was built in 1985 that the pipes are in bad shape.
On 6/20 we called them again for the same issue that they had supposedly "fixed". Other 2 guys come in very polite and nice but charged us $100.00 for the call. I asked what was the problem this time he said there was a bunch of hair there. WAIT, my son is the only one using that bathroom. My son is 9 and we trim his hair at an 1/8 of an inch so that hair was the original issue that your company did "fix". This other guy said well no the problem is the your house is older so the pipes are bad. What does that have to do with the fact that the first 2 guys didn't remove the hair? I didn't want to argue so I paid them.
If you don't have a brand new house don't call them if you want the job done right.
Their lose is that we bought this 1985 home to update it and all 4 bathrooms need to be done BUT not by them.

Awesome service! Found them on yelp when a leak under our sink appeared. I called them on Friday at 11:30 and they were here by 2:15 that same day! Very efficient, quickly found the problem and fixed it, very personable. Very reasonable price.

Had a leak under the sink at my condo. They came out quickly and identified the problem, then came back later to install a garbage disposal and also a bathroom faucet. Good communication and service.
