My story started in 2017 upon graduating high school. I started part-time while working full-time, doing landscaping installs and lawn care maintenance on weekends. In 2018, I made the leap to manage JG Grading and Landscaping full-time. Since then, we have expanded our services and now have one full-time employee and two part-time staff members. Our landscaping installations and maintenance services remain a core part of our business. We remember our roots. My grandfather is the foundation of this journey. My grandfather, Robert Glover, affectionately called Bobby, managed Glover's Grading and Landscaping and Glover Landscape Supply for 43 years in Henderson, NC. He stepped back from the business in 2013 and retired. The recession took a toll on his small family business. I grew up in this field, remembering my childhood visits to job sites. I attribute my success to my grandfather.

Living in Henderson, NC, I also volunteer as a fireman. I find great joy in my work because I meet new people daily and help turn their visions into reality. The nature of my work brings me great satisfaction. The best part for me is the before and after photos of each job. It’s amazing to see the transformations on properties, and that’s my favorite part.
