My story started in 2017 upon graduating high school. At first, I juggled a full-time job and part-time landscaping installations and lawn care maintenance. In 2018, I made the leap to manage JG Grading and Landscaping full-time. We’ve added more services and now have one full-time employee along with two part-time team members. Our landscaping installations and maintenance services remain a core part of our business. We stay true to our origins. My grandfather is the foundation of this journey. Many know my grandfather, Robert Glover, as Bobby; he ran Glover's Grading and Landscaping and Glover Landscape Supply for 43 years in Henderson, NC. He stepped back from the business in 2013 and retired. His small family business faced challenges during the recession. I have been involved in this field since I was a child, recalling visits to job sites as a young boy. I attribute my success to my grandfather.

I am a resident of Henderson, NC, and I volunteer as a fireman. I enjoy my job immensely as it allows me to meet new individuals daily and realize their dreams. The nature of my work brings me great satisfaction. I particularly enjoy taking before and after photos of my work. The transformations I witness on properties are incredible, and that’s what I cherish most.
