Daniel is a thorough professional. After going through several businesses to get a quote for snaking my main sewer line, I decided to go with Daniel based on his excellent reviews.
Daniel not only met the expectations of service but exceeded them as well! He was patient in showing me the problem areas and how he was remedying them. Whereas most other business didn't guarantee cleaning out the sewer line, Daniel offered to do his best to make sure it was cleared.
He even recommended the Flex Shaft over snaking which I didn't even know was an option. I think he is one of the few owners that carries it.
Overall I'm highly impressed with his knowledge, patience, professionalism and thoroughness of his work. I'm definitely reaching out to him for any of my plumbing issues in the future.

I had a massive water leak under my home that caused major structural damage & flooded the bottom of my home, so I came to yelp to look for a plumber & found jetters n drains ! Daniel arrived to my property & was very professional & honest about my situation. After him going under my home and viewing my situation he began to explain the problem & gave me a couple different options on how to go about fixing this problem & he even took pictures so I can see myself ! I decided to go with the long term fix to not have to deal with this anymore ! Jetters n drains did a great job on repiping my home ! I was only out of water for a day ! Daniel & his team got right to work the very next day & let me tell you it was fast easy & very clean they set up proper containment's & tarped my home to assure no dust or debri flew around from all the cutting in the home ! & they provided at 10 year warranty with their work !!! I've used Jetters & Drains in the past & they ALWAYS come through!!! This time around the kitchen sink and washing machine at one of our commercial properties was acting up and not draining properly. Daniel answered the phone in one ring and told me he would be out there within the next couple of hours and arrived 45 minutes later. Talk about setting the bar high!! That's huge for me. He came out and diagnosed the blockage, had all his tools and called his team to come assist him. This happened back in January & everything has been solid since then. Daniel even offered to check the backyard pipes to make sure everything was running properly so we won't run into any other issues in the future. I highly recommend Jetters & Drains because they WILL look out for your best interest and always put the customer first. Their friendly and professional demeanor is what makes this company so special. I learned a lot throughout this experience & one of the lessons was to always call Daniel when you have any issues!

Daniel was awesome! He really is a good person and worked with us so we could check several items off our list of needs. His rates were more than fair and he offered us savings on jetting our main drain since he was already on site with his equipment. He jetted and cleared two long storm/deck drains with ease that had been blocked since we first bought our home. Another company spent an hour with a snake and got nothing done while damaging the pipe and still charging us for accomplishing nothing. Daniel will be my first call from now on!

What can I say except these guys are AWESOME! They are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and so reasonable! The ""Smell Good"" plumbers came out and wanted an outrageous amount for a laundry line pipe replacement. I got an online quote from these guys. They came out (same day!), and solved our problem for less than their original quote! They were less than half the cost of the other guys! We will be using them in the future and I highly recommend them!

I recently had a remodel done on my kitchen. It caused the sink drain to clog up due to no use for a month. Daniel came out and explained what had happened. He cleaned and hydro jetted the line in under 30 minutes. He also explained in great detail other issues that may arise in an older home, and offered suggestions for the future. He cleaned up the entire area when he was finished.

Just had a drain issue with waste water filling up tub. I knew I had a blockage and called a drain specialist. Daniel from JETTERS N DRAIN showed up in less than an hour and resolved the problem. He diagnosed the problem with a camera and I visually saw the issue. Soon after, he hydro jetted away the problem along with a 6 month warranty. He's my Drain Doc now. The pricing was good too.
