Just had these guys come out and check a problem I was having with my toilet and shower. Not only did he fix the problem quickly but he explained everything in easy to understand terms and patiently answered all of my questions. He also cleaned up afterward and it looks like he was never even here! Highly recommend this company. Very honest and easy to work with! I will not hesitate to call them again.

House was flooding. Daniel came by after hours to check out the issue. Provided me with a temporary fix to able to use the bathroom for the night. Next day, he installed a 2-way clean out valve since my house didn't have an outside main valve. He was very informative and professional through the whole process. Thanks Daniel!

I had such a great experience with Daniel. He has taken care of me on a couple of occasions. He was even able to help me over the phone when I had a plumbing issue. Very reliable and personable. He is the only plumber I now recommend to friends and family even for businesses. He is not only quick but he explained everything to me and replaced everything. Absolutely the best plumbers. They did a job that another plumber wouldn't do. Talked to them on the phone and they arrived within 30 minutes. Told them what is going on and what another plumber said and they looked at it and gave me options. I chose the best option for my financial situation. Less than 30 minutes later my drain is flowing free. There honestly and understanding was refreshing. Do yourself a favor and stop looking at other plumbers and just call them. They are now my go to plumbers.

I have a very pleasant experience with Felix from Jetters n Drains. My toilet had been clogging up every week for a few months and I had already had another plumber come and try fixing it. But it was still getting clogged.
Felix was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing.
As the owner of a 45+ year old house, I am experienced in hiring plumbers for all sorts of things over the years so I can definitely tell when a plumber is ripping me off or not. I will definitely be calling them back in the future whenever I have another plumbing issue. It is wonderful to have someone you can trust for plumbing issues since its one of the most important things in your home.
By the way the problem turned out to be a really bad root problem. I'm attaching a picture of the roots he pulled out of the drain. I'm so glad its gone and very glad I called them.

The owner Daniel is just awesome. He has a wealth of knowledge and was able to determine the problem in my 50 year old house. Since I have old galvanized steel pipes he found with his camera a huge gap and hole in my pipe. He gave me a couple options and layout everything straight and made it clear on what needs to be done. His pricing is very fair and he won't do something that is not needed. Had experienced many other plumbers and dishonest plumbers too many times. I am so glad I came across his company and lucky he was able to take a look and fix my slow drain issue. Thank you!

Felix and Daniel responded immediately when we requested an estimate to clear (descale) our kitchen/washroom pipes which had clogged several times over the years and perform a yearly maintenance hydro-jet on the main sewer line.

They are extremely sincere, knowledgeable and helpful. After they ran their camera through every pipe in the house, they were able to give us a price per linear foot to perform each task, descaling, hydrojetting and in our case epoxy lining to repair our cracked cast iron pipes in our foundation. Their pricing is competitive at the least and their service is WAY more civil and personalized than we have ever received on past jobs.

The process took about three days total as we had a lot of scale in the pipes but each day they cleaned up and left the place spotless!

We hope to do the other side of the house sometime this year!

We've dealt with many pluming companies over the 8 years we've owned the property and will be sticking with Jetters N Drains from here on out.

I called this company on a Thursday and they were out here the next day. The gabarge disposal at my office wasn't working and the water wasn't draining.

Customer service was ok. They answered and let me know ow they had other callers and would call me back. Sure enough they returned my call in 15 minutes and booked my appointment very easily. I was happy they could get me in before 3pm. They text you a confirmation of your appointment which is nice. They also send a text when plumber is in route with a little bio and a picture. Super cute.

Felix the umber came out and within 10 minutes let us know that there was no power coming to the outlet the disposal was plugged into. He unclogged out sink and let us know it was draining and good to go. Charged us $95

Took me a couple days to get the receipt but when I called Monday I spoke to Danirl who is think is the owner and he sent it to me quick. I like the quickness because my work life revolves around ""ASAP"" he apologized for the delay and we had a friendly chat.

I plan on calling Daniel back if I ever need him. Thanks guys!

Firstly, their appointment system is awesome. You get texts with details of your appointment, a link to their website where you can check on the location and how far away your tech is, and even your technician's profile with their name, picture and a little background information. Secondly, for our particular appointment, their owner ended up filling in for their tech, as the tech had gotten stuck working another job and the owner didn't want to miss our appointment window. Thirdly, compared to other businesses quoting replacement costs for a water heater, Jetter's, quoted a much fairer price. Fourthly, after accessing the issue was nothing major, he kindly fixed the issue and said the service was on the house! It's hard to come across such honest and fair businesses these days, you can bet I will be calling this team for years to come. Other places were non-responsive and/or were trying to charge fees for them to even come access the situation. There is definitely a reason for their glowing reviews, can highly recommend!!!
