Worst ""professional"" company I've seen and had to deal with in my lifetime. They were provided to us by our old republic home warranty to fix a pipe leak in our house. We have four cats in our house and the technician Dave was aware, and decided to leave the crawlspace open even though he wasn't working in there. he let all four cats into the crawlspace, and then refused to get them out and said ""oh they will be fine."" One of you left a gate open for someone's dog and they got out how upset would they be? It's the same principle in this case. Also He didn't even finish the work his company called him off after my wife called me and told me what had happened and I called the company and spoke to a person named Marin to tell them he needed to handle the situation properly. Neither the company, Marin, nor Dave took accountability or responsibility. The company, Marin, and Dave were overall a terrible service, company, quality, and reliability. I would never trust them in my home again. I recommend personally as a commercial contractor to have any other company in your home besides them. See this name and ask your warranty company for T&N plumbing they are always a 100% reliable, trustworthy, and hospitable.
Ps I was able to manage and grab 3 out but still couldn't find one
Finally got all four cats out... 2 hours later. Thanks Dave, Marin, and jets electrical for absolutely nothing! You won't be missed!

I called Old Republic home warranty office this morning and told them about another A/C repair company that I had been waiting on to replace my unit for 3 weeks after they said my unit was bad. So the O. R. Rep. Sent out a tech from Jets A/C and he checked it out and said it fine and added just a little bit of Freon, cleaned the outside condenser unit and installed a new filter. All in the same day that I called. This guy was great!!!!!!

ASH referred me to this company to find out why several outlets downstairs were not working. After he arrived I was told that a wire was broken in the wall and that I needed a new panel, then after being ignored by them for two weeks and then calling ASH I then was told that I was denied because it was not covered. I then called Jets again and left messages after several no call backs I got an answer and they told me case was denied. I then asked if they could come and get the work done and I would pay . To date no reply. I had to get another electrician and pay that service fee of course and he said, that it was outlets out and a broken wire was inside one of the outlets. There was no need for another panel and the short wire was in the outlet and not the wall. so now they put me in a position to have ASH cancel the order and deny the claim over a lie told by one of their workers. I wish I could give them zero stars, Got estimate but now dealing with ASH since they were missed informed and that cost me a denial of claim. I do not agree with me having to pay anymore money when they referred this company.

The guy was awesome, who came out to fix my dishwasher. The receptionist, I couldn't understand her very well at times.

After having a second contractor out to our home, I'm more convinced than ever that Jet electrical is deserving of this review. The other company came out and diagnosed the issue within a couple minutes--there was a fuse out. He replaced it, and our problem was solved! Steer clear of this negligent, lazy company!

Jets was paid for a job that was not completed. They came to my home and advised me the motor to my fan was bad. i needed a new fan. They left me responsible for going to purchase a fan that i could not afford at the time. i talked to the receptionist she told me "" call us when you buy it and we will come and install"" I did just that and was told that the claim with American home shield has been closed and a new one needed to be opened. Which will be another claim fee. Just ridiculous! How can you lie that a claim was complete when in fact it was not? Time to switch to another provider. Shame on both of these companies for their unprofessionalism. Use at your own risk!!

I had two bathroom exhaust fans not working. One completely stopped and the other one was in and out. I'm with American Home Shield. Submitted a service request online and they assign Jet's Electrical. Got a call from Kayla at Jet's Electrical and we scheduled it for about a week away.
The day comes, and I don't know the workers name, but he was in and out. Very fast and did a great job for the fan that was out. He couldn't service the second fan because the work order said it was only one fan. When I put in the service request online with AHS, there was no section for me to select what my issue was or how many items needed servicing. (Realization moment)... The online form was meant to limit the scope of the work order, you need to call and explain your issue in depth so AHS puts it in the work order and thus cover each issue, but they won't tell you that for us newbies. That's an AHS problem, not an issue with Jet's Electrical.
The repairman leaves and I call AHS back to have them add the second fan to the already existing work order. They refuse because I didn't call BEFORE the repairman arrived and I argue about how their website's service request form prevents me from adding detail at all for this specific item and point out the inconsistency when I had electricians come from other work orders and offer to fix multiple outlets and another replace a fan and said I can call back regarding any others that fail on the same work order, yet this time, for a $30 fan when I paid $100 for a service request it's denied? + I have the upgraded plan cause I have a pool and older systems... + I've barely called and I'm a renewal customer.... All my points went in vain until I was ending the call letting them know I'll be canceling soon, that's when they reversed course and said as a one-time courtesy they will put in a new work order to fix the second fan, no second payment needed. FINALLY! Whatever, I'm just glad it's done. I will be calling them and putting every request in via phone from now on and also re-evaluating me needing them at all.
Anyhoo, the second work order also went to Jet's Electrical. Scheduled for 2/15/23 and I expect it'll go like the last one.

Jets Electrical was AMAZING! I was called for a sooner appt due to a cancelation. The tech was on time, called ahead, fixed the issue and explained what caused it and how to fix ourselves if it happens again! Best experience ever!

Similar to other reviews, this company was my assigned contractor through AHS. The technician did come as per scheduled appointment but was a few hours late. While there he proceeded to inform us that we really needed to replace the panel is it was old and had some blackening (1960's home), said it all looked from normal wear and tear which was how he was going to report to AHS. Instead he reported it to them as an electrical overload which AHS won't approve. I could give a rats ass how he reported it, but he could have been honest about it to us. Instead I wasted time and money on connecting my very recently installed solar because he said he was reporting as normal wear and tear for the breaker box and that the home warranty would cover it. The solar company would have replaced it for me the same time installed if I'd have had the truth in the first place. We just moved into this home and all the inspections came back good so I would not have known about overloaded breakers. If you have a choice, don't use this company.

This company is AWFUL! They were assigned by AHS. They scheduled an appointment to diagnose my ceiling fan for a Sunday. The Friday before the Sunday appointment, they left a VM saying they did not think AHS would cover because I have tall ceilings. Also, since the fan was spinning, although not at the proper speed, they said I should wait until it quits so AHS would cover it. I did not receive the message until after I got off work when they were closed. I texted back as instructed but never received a reply. They did not show up for their Sunday appointment. AHS offered to call them, but I do not do business with companies that lie regarding AHS's coverage nor with businesses that don't tell you they are not going to keep their appointment. Stay away! Trust the other reviewers who have had similar experiences.
