I recommend Jet Electric. Ron and his colleagues are professional, capable, and have a strong customer service ethic, i.e. are eager to make things right for their customers. I particularly appreciate that they are patient and willing to talk a layperson through questions and concerns.

My one significant constructive criticism is that Jet Electric could do better on communication. If you're running late for a scheduled appointment, text or call. For reasons I don't entirely understand, many contractors drop the ball on even minimally effective communication. Personally, I know things happen and sometimes a contractor is going to be late or even have to cancel. But communicating that makes a huge difference.

I wish I could give zero stars. My American Home shield insurance sent them out. They were supposed to be at my by eight, showed up at ten after I called to find out where he was. Next he said he run out to get a part for the box. Didn't return for five hours after I called three times to find out where he was. He didn't finish the job and said he would be back to two days. He never showed and told the insurance company he finished the job and cashed the check. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Horrible.

The water heater repair job evaluation was done,and the $100 service charged paid, however, the technician did not return any calls for two weeks to schedule an appointment for the repairs, after the insurance approved the job. Customer service is certainly lacking with poor communication. I'm sure we could have come to an understanding on the cost of the job, however, with only ""I'll call you right back after I talk to the plumber,"" responses, it's not going to happen! I reported the poor service to the insurance company. We will put the water heater in ourselves!

Well this company is very unprofessional, they were contracted through AHS for a service call, i talked to someone last werk to verify they were coming today between 10 and 2 well no one showed up no call nothing. So i call and he said person didnt show he didnt know what was going on. Call AHS they were not coming it was to far. What kind of business refuses work after confirming. After 1 week of no electricity im so over this company. Dont use them ..

I would recommend Jet Electric Inc because this company is very dependable and technician is professional and knowledgeable
I called Jet for some electrical issues and technician arrived on time as promised and diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it during the first visit
Technician Ron is a very knowledgeable and advised me on issues that needed attention and is very professional
I had dealt with another electrical contractor prior to Jet and they could not rectify the problem
Furthermore, I am planning to hire Jet for Plumbing issues also
Very reasonably charged for the services rendered

Update: after their initial electrician no-showed, Ron missed HIS appointment time by an hour (after it was impossible for me to be there). They may have good electricians, but we'll never know as they can't run a business.

Old republic home warranty sham sent this company to take a look at our flickering lights. Someone came, who I think is named Ron. He had a look and said we needed to change the lightbulbs. Then we pointed out a fixture that was completely not working. He told us to buy a ceiling fan and he would install it for $200. He no showed to that next appointment, never contacted us again and cashed the $75 check ($75 to just tell us to change our lightbulbs). What a joke. I plan to complain to old republic about this company.

We were without power in half our house, with family members who need power for medical equipment. AHS sent out Jet Electric, and they showed up within a couple hours on a Sunday morning. They diagnosed the problem with the main panel, got the part at Orchard Supply, and had the power on within an hour. Ron and Yogi were very professional and courteous and I would use them again.

After a total nightmare dealing with first contractor assigned by AHS, I got reassigned to Jet Electric for a panel work. Despite his tight schedule, he came and did a temporary fix the very same day. It took him a couple of days to get AHS authorization and finally got my panel replaced on time and as promised. Ron and his crew are a total pro and are a rare commodity in this community!

Agreeing with most recent reviews - no star is not an option. Total Protect Home warranty referred Jet my claim which may have included 3 sinks, 2 shower valves, and 3 light fixtures. Ron, who had provided service in the past, submitted a proposed work order. He lost interest in the job when only the shower valves were authorized. I took time from work on more than one occasion to arrange around his availability and after reporting to Total his failure to show, with Ron on the line, he promised a visit. After his final no show/no call, I got a referral from Total to another company. Unless you have a job that is worthwhile, don't bother Jet.
