I needed a plumber to take care of a clogged drain while I was out of town. We had to coordinate with my tenant to get it done. The technician was patient as my tenant wasn't at home when the tech arrived. Once the tech got inside, the job was quickly done and he gave me updates and we discussed possible future fixes to be proactive. They had to charge me more than the $49 price because the clog required them to remove the pipe to get to it.

I can recommend them highly! Steven had an emergency but was still able to send Alan out who came from Fullerton to honor they're commitment. Alan was great and took care of the problem using a snake from inside the house and outside of the house. Then he cleaned up the mess and as quoted and promised, charged me $55.00. They went above and beyond to take care of my problem. I was so grateful. I have found my new plumbing company. Yay!

I don't know one plumber from the next so I chose JetLine Plumbing based on the handful of reviews that I read.
I wasn't disappointed. The communication was great. Steve told me when he was available and showed up on time the next morning, even letting me know when he was on his way.
The problem was a leak in a bathroom sink but there were some underlying issues as well since 1) it is an older house, and 2) the previous owner (OK, it was my mother) liked to hire cheap labor to fix certain issues. Well, a lot of that cheap labor meant either shortcuts or inexperience.
Steve walked me through the entire process and some aforementioned underlying issues. But instead of trying to oversell his services, he let me make the decisions on what I wanted done now and would save for later.
He was dedicated to the work at hand and had good reason to take pride in his work.
I would highly recommend Steve to anyone in need of a plumber with the assurance that things will be done right.
