Amazing Service. JetLine Plumbing (Steven) is such a quick and amazing communicator. I appreciate his honesty and integrity when it comes to providing estimates for older properties. It can be easy for the price to drive up when it comes to working with older pipes or in our case, a sink, but Steven was able to provide us with a low-cost and simple solution for a problem no other plumber has ever provided. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JETLINE PLUMBING!! I was initially referred to a plumbing company by my retired plumber (NOT Jetline). Asked scheduler if the plumbers wear masks (family member with health issues) and was told they did. Plumber came, had his mask partially covering his mouth, not his nose, the whole time. Actually told me, unsolicited, that masks don't work. Forced my glass shower door off the track during his inspection and had to have someone come and repair it. PASS. Came on YELP to request quotes, explained what was going on. Kitchen sink backed up, nearest bathroom backed up as well. Leaking shower head. Jetline Plumbing (Steven) was the only one who actually responded with more information than, 'they wear masks'. Company had great reviews. Noticed his thoughtful responses to his customers on Yelp. Steven came that evening and gave me a quote. He was courteous, kind, thoroughly explained everything that was going on. Wore his mask the whole time! Told me he sanitized the work area when done. Hired! Problem ended up being a lot more than expected. First plumber was wrong and it would have ended up being more work, time AND cost! Steven had to open two walls. Pipe was completely cracked, there was water leaking under the house, hot water shower pipe about to burst. Steven arranged his schedule to do everything at once so that I wasn't without a kitchen AND bathroom for more than two days. It was St. Patrick's Day and I was cooking. He gave two hours advanced notice as to when he would need to turn the water off so I would be prepared. The first plumber didn't do the plaster work, so I would have had to hire someone else for that. Steven did EVERYTHING. Cleaned everything up when he was finished. Hosed the side of the house. Filled in the space on the patio where the old drainage was. It all turned out perfect! Guaranteed his work, as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEVEN and JETLINE PLUMBING! Will refer him to family and friends and will use his services in the future if ever needed. We really appreciate everything he did for us and how it all turned out in the end.

I needed a prompt sewer inspection when buying my house and Steve came out immediately. Due to root intrusion he estimated that a 4 ft portion of the sewer line would have to be replaced. When I hired him to repair the line his inspection findings were exactly right. He carefully showed me the broken part of the line, cleared out the roots and showed me the condition of the rest of the line on the sewer scope. Steve answered all my husband's and my questions, and was very professional, honest and knowledgeable throughout. His estimate was his final price, no unexpected added charges. He even helped me replace a toilet at no charge while he was there for the sewer repair. Can't recommend JetLine plumbing highly enough!

Just had Steven and his team redo our laundry line and kitchen line as well as installing a brand new dishwasher(we didnt have one before so he had to create a space for it, which turned out excellent).

From the first visit and estimate where he figured out our sewer line from the laundry was shot to the end Steven was nothing but outstanding with communication and understanding our wants and needs vs what could be done. He didn't back down from any challenges that either us or our house threw at him.

He was quick and efficient and explained everything as it happened to us so we weren't left in the dark with anything.

At the end his clean up job was very thorough and he paid extra attention to getting our house back to as close to normal as possible.

I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs plus he has some other handyman skills as well. Definitely go to him the next time you need something done for your plumbing.

Glad to find Jetline Plumbing in Yelp. Steven was the first one to reply to my request for quotes and was very honest and helpful.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and he was

Steven did a great job. Very fast service at a great price. He was able to hydro jet my line with no problem. The amount of black sludge that came out on my kitchen line was unbelievable! He also came very prepared with mask, booties, and a hat to keep his hair secure. Very covid friendly!
