I had two issues happening in my kitchen, one was to do with replacing a new gooseneck faucet, the other was to deal with the air cap flooding water when the dishwasher was operating. He responded my request within a short period of time and scheduled to come by the next day.

He showed up right on time and performed the job professionally. He also diagnosed the 2nd air cap leaking water issue, fixed and tested it with care. Apart from completing the job, he also explained how the system works, I leaned a lot from him about these behind the scene details.

What a great experience. I was contacted within a few minutes of posting my urgent plumbing repair and Steven was here to fix the burst pipe from the latest ice storm within an hour. He fixed the pipe professionally and at a completely fair price. He also gave me advice I asked for about a water spot on my garage ceiling. He even told me how I could easily repair it myself and did so last weekend. Lastly, he offered advice on my outside pipe run to prevent future problmes. They called us immediately, explained what was likely the problem and booked time to come fix it first thing the next morning. When we had an issue with another sink days later, they came over again to make sure the job was fully complete. They also explained everything to us in detail which built a level of trust in their service and work. We had a clogged drain pipe in the master bathroom and the Jetline Plumbing team addressed it on the same day. Steven was the designated plumber and he was exceptional and took the time to explain everything in detail.

Once the job was done (which involved moving the toilet seat from it's base); Steven cleaned the entire space behind him.

We had an appointment set up today and Steven arrived 10 minutes early! We talked a lot over the phone about the issue so he was prepared right when he came down! He made his way into the crawl space under my house to inspect my pipes! He took pictures to show us what was going on and snaked the drain twice! JetLine Plumbing does high quality work! I have used this company before to service my rental unit in Carson and they always do an excellent job. Upgraded my water heater last week to a tankless heater and they did a fantastic job. Steven was on time and very professional. One thing that stood out to me was he even fixed the gate lock that was broken which they didn't have to.. they surely know how to go above and beyond what they came to do and go the extra mile!
