Super disappointed with Jet Plumbing!They charged 4.50 hours of labor to replace the pressure tank in the tank in a toilet and to clear one P-trap in a sink. The total cost was $669. We could've had a whole new toilet installed for less. Ridiculous!

We had pipes under the foundation break and had another company do the original repair (we foolishly thought the leak was limited to our master bathroom). When we noticed more water around the foundation of the house and more warm spots on the floors we called Jet. The first time we had them out we only had them repair what the first company didn't fix. We then realized we had to go with the full re-piping of the house. Although it's quite an invasive process with going through walls to get to the pipes they needed access to. Mike and Rick were here for the majority of the week and were extremely pleasant and professional. My husband and I continue to work remotely and I'm sure having us here didn't make their jobs any easier.

After realizing all of the pipes in our home had to be replaced, we called around to several companies to get an estimate. Not only did Jet's customer service set them apart, but they were also the only company to have spare parts of the faulty pipe. This allowed them to give us a temporary fix to get our hot water back on until we could get on their schedule. Further, their quote was the most competitive! Skip and Albert were very communicative and answered all of our questions. They were super professional, respectful and made quick work of the job. All of the other estimates/quotes we received prior to selecting Jet, described having to jack hammer through our tile, but Jet was able to successfully replace all of the pipe without destroying any tile! This was a huge relief as we do not have many extra tiles. I would definitely recommend them!

We had a late night emergency over-flowing clean out and plugged toilet so I had to call a 24/7 plumber. We have home owners insurance / warranty that covers plumbing issues however due to the time and severity of the problem we didn't want to request a service and then wait a day or so for them to get back to us. Jet was who they sent out last time and they did the job fast and efficiently so I figured why not use them again.

We called about 10:30pm, Daniel (Jet Tech) came about 11:10ish and quickly cleared the clean out! He was fast, polite and professional.
When billing / rate came up, he said for the time of service it would be $250/hr! For us, that's a lot of $! I wish that would've been told to us when we called for dispatch. After talking to Daniel about our warranty, he said they could figure it out with the home warranty and we could just pay the $75 service fee we would've paid. I was so relieved. I appreciate Jet for being able to work that out for us!
I recommend Jet for any plumbing issues, for sure.

Well, after thousands of dollars of rooting services over 10 years, I decided to use Jet. Such a pleasure to deal with people that show up on time, give a phone call beforehand, and are pleasant to deal with. Eddie came out to root and did a great job, Joey came out with the camera and did a great job, and Tommy came out and gave me a very fair estimate for sewer replacement and took the time to tell me exactly how they would do it. Tommy is a great professional for Jet! Then the sewer replace was scheduled for a week later - they again showed up right on time. Randy and Mason finished the job in a little over a day, replaced all my grass and sprinkler settings and were such a pleasure to deal with. My neighbor couldn't even tell that a trench had been dug! After so many stinker companies dealing with this problem - I'm sticking with you guys. Please don't change!

We had to have our home replumbed because we had Kitec plumbing that was faulty. Jason, the estimator from Jet was awesome to deal with. Skip and Carlos that actually did the work were so great. They worked so hard and we had water every night and they even finished the job early. They referred us to a great Sheetrock repair guys as well. We would highly recommend Jet plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

End of May and temps in the 90's. I called Jet on Tuesday because we we were experiencing an issue with our A/C and Jet had an appointment for me on Wednesday. The Tech Mike S. showed up and immediately diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. I stood watching and Mike explained everything to me. Mike showed me what was wrong and showed me the readings and the bad parts. Lucky for me I also had a Home Warranty and the service call and repairs only cost me my deductible of $75.00. The repairs would have cost close to $600.00 if I had to pay out of pocket. I highly recommend Jet and their A/C tech Mike S. Thank you for making our summer enjoyable.

Rick Dubue came to my home and he was AMAZING! He was very thorough and explained the process of changing the faucet and the toilet seat! He was very friendly as well and came wearing a mask and gloves which put me at easy (due to everything going on)!

Seriously, so impressed! We noticed our floor was warm near the kitchen sink, and we don't have thermal floors to explain it away. Our area was impacted by pipes below the foundation breaking down, and we knew from neighbors that we had a big problem on our hands. Jason from Jet came out, walked through the house, made a plan, and scheduled us for as soon as he could. While we were waiting, covid-19 made the closure of non-essential businesses necessary in addition to other social distancing measures. This meant we had 7 people in our home (four children ages 2 - 8), a deadly pandemic disease, and a slab leak that required we turn our water off and on at the main. (Jason estimates 2,000 gallons a day from the leak, not including normal usage! )

We knew when the guys came out they would have to go through walls, but we never expected it to be as clean and precise as it was! Skip and Albert were SO kind to our whole family while they were here (the two year old really wanted Skip to play ""Pumba"" with him! ), and they cleaned up EVERYTHING! Even the drive way when they were done!!!! What?!??

For reference, our house is 2062 sqft, and we opted to have the house re-piped though walls instead of repairing the leak under the concrete slab. The work took four days (Monday - Thursday), and we never went a night without water! By Wednesday, all lines except cold to the kitchen sink and fridge were hooked up, so we didn't have to keep turning water off and on at the main!

Unprofessional behavior from Jet's Estimator, Tom - In response to a simple question, he goes off on a  defensive tirade in a loud angry voice about my attitude and threatens to walk off the job. As we have no hot water, he knows we are stuck as we have to use Jet Plumbing because part of the repairs are the responsibility of the condo association. I have never seen such an immature and defensive stance, and overall, he has a pronounced anger management problem. On a positive note, all of the other employees we had contact with showed no signs of any such behavior.
