They will charge you for a service they did not perform and treat you as if you're stupid. We had someone come to unclog the bathtub and instead of performing the service they charged us for they showed us how to do it and charged $125 stating they used a tool they did not. They scam people. Save your money and use a reputable business as opposed to these scammers with horrible customer service. Not to mention they schedule appointment times and do not show up with no communication whatsoever. They will waste your time and not show up. It took scheduling 3 appointments because they bailed on the first 2 for them to even show up.

If I left this review 5 years ago, it would be 5 stars. They used to be quick, responsive and did excellent work. In the last few years, they've become nearly unreachable when you call. I thought the business shut down because their phone just rings endlessly. If you're patient enough to wait for their phones to ring over 20 times, you'll finally get an answering service. I was scheduled for service and wasn't told until I had been waiting the day of that no one was coming, and only because I again endured their answering service to call for update. They rescheduled for a week later and lo and behold, they were a no show. There are too many others in town to continue to be loyal to this one.

May 8th 2023 a horrible valve was put in 3 ft in the ground. It is already broken and I have had extreme difficulties trying to turn it even before it was broken. Had to call them to come help me and was charged nearly $100 for them to turn it on last spring. It is a spicket valve not an irrigation valve.

well it started off with him looking and searching for the problem leak and one thing he didn't do wrong , he stated until he finished and fixed the job . That really meant a lot to my family ! He finished & Fixed the main water leaks. wits I recommend him and JeT company ? YES! great service work !

In 2021 Jet Plumbing was hired to do sewage drain adjustment. Jet Plumbing applied to a EZ permit for outside work only. Jet entered the property destroyed post tension concrete with no engineering drawings, obtained a permit in my name without permission that was incorrect for the tasks. City failed the work of all construction and exposed Jet in obtaining with intentions for a incorrect permit. Jet was requested to stop all construction by inspector and Jet continued after he left and never returned to resolve the Reno Building Request of new permit, drawings of sewage new location, structure drawing to repair stem wall outside of house. Currently the Nevada State Contractors board as stated I hold no legal liability of the criminal entry or construction of Jet. Nevada State Real Estate lead investigator states the cannot be involve due to the criminal nature of situation. Jet was caught red handed and refuse to ever return. Currently I owe the Reno Building Department thousands of dollars and a lien against my property that I cannot ever meet the city requests only Jet can resolve and refused to do so. The statement that I have just written is true and no false information given. So State Nevada laws of construction states I am no legal liable and Reno Building Department violates Nevada Law and says I am liable for Jet Plumbing illegal construction. I offered recently to Jet to resolve once again and no current reply. Do not ever use this company is my advice from Jet actions to resolve with the Reno Building Department.

I used Jet Plumbing back in 2016 and very happy with their service. I have them changed water heater at my rental property as well. The installation was completed in a timely manner and professionally. However, within couple of years P&T shank valve failed. Please note that this water heater was under warranty and was installed by Jet Plumbing. I was charged for the repair and replacement part by them (Invoice # 356525). Just recently the gas valve failed at the same water heater and it was fixed by Friendly Plumber for no charge on parts since it was under warranty by the manufacturer.
Later I used Jet Plumbing for a blower motor failure at my rental unit, and the repair took over a week due to technician installing the motor backwards.
The worst experience was with a plumber named Junior Sagestume. I called Jet Plumbing to take care off a minor leak at the kitchen faucet at our rental unit. I was told that there will be a $89 dispatch charge, and $100 for the first hour. Per the invoice I received (Invoice #, I was charged $289 because Jet plumbing decided to send a team of two plumbers, Junior Sagetume and Arik White. After they diagnose the leak under the leak in 15 minutes, I am charged $289 because I ended up paying for crew labor hour of $200/hour. As I stated this was a 15 min of diagnosis. Later, Jet plumbing sent me a quote for $915 for replacing kitchen faucet and the sink basket in addition to $289. At my previous experience with any repair company, I often only pay for dispatch fee if I agree to have them complete the repair. I asked for explanation of charges, and I was told the head of plumbers will call me back, and he/she never called me. By the way, ladies at the office are very nice and helpful. Junior called me back and he said that is what it is, I requested detailed invoice for parts and labor separated. I was informed by Junior that there is standard charge for parts and labor for each job and I'll never get a invoice detailing parts and labor separately. I ended up paying $1204.00 for a minor leak which could have been fixed without changing the faucet or sink basket. I also asked Junior to check the toilet flush handle and have the office sent me a quote. The quote came in stating rebuilding the toilet tank completely for $344 (Estimate #352231201). I told them not to do the work since toilet tank did not need new seals or rebuilding. It only needed the handle to be replaced. I replaced the handle myself for 10 bucks and toilet has been working fine since.
I would suggest anyone looking for a plumbing work NOT to use Jet Plumbing, the repair cost, especially diagnostics fees are unreasonably high. We all work very hard to make $1204.

They came out to unclog some bathroom sink drains. They did great work, were very friendly and even recommended how to fix the issues with one of our toilets. The price was fair for the work that was done.

I had a whole house repipe, an expensive and invasive process. Brandon & Dave came to complete it. They were professional and respectful. They were here for several days, and always cleaned up their work area and consolidated their tools so that we were only minimally impacted. They went above and beyond with the quality of their work. I can't speak highly enough of their work, work ethic, and professionalism.

I have been a customer of Jet Plumbing for many years but, unfortunately, that will change. I had a service done in May 2024 and paid it within a week. It took me three months to stop getting late payment notices and, each time I called, Jet acknowledged that I had, in fact, paid my bill. I just paid another bill and my receipt shows a $0 balance - no acknowledgement that anything was paid. I called back in and ""they will have to email their accounting departmenet to get me a receipt that show what I paid and that I have a $0 balance."" Their rates have increased exponentially and service has not increased to the same proportion. It saddens me to see a longtime Reno business change like this. The employees I have spoken with about the changes have indicated it is due to new owners and cost saving measures. It is no wonder the reviews received are low.

I called and asked for a waterheater and plumbing to be looked because I had a leak. I called at 9 in the morning and said they would b there between 1 and 3. Also explained that I was leaving out of town so I was so appreciative. Right before there appointment they called and said they could not do our house, as I'm jumping on a plane on vacation. If you can't do the appointment let me know so I can get someone else to do it. Very unprofessional and rude!
