There aren't enough stars that I can give this company. I've been dealing with another plumber since I've purchased my home.(5yrs) We had a great relationship to the point I could let him in the house and leave to go run errands. I called him concerning an issue I was have with my garbage disposal but he informed me that he was no longer plumbing. I was so disappointed to hear this news but I congratulated him on his new endeavors and sadly hung up the phone.The last thing I wanted to do was find a new plumber as we all know it is difficult to find good help these days.....that is until I found Jet plumbing. Tony is amazing. I felt comfortable with him from the first conversation. Crazy, but I actually felt is honesty over the phone! He called me the day of the appointment and asked if he could come early which was great for me. Got to my house greeted me with a warm smile and hello. Came in saw what needed to be done pulled no punches gave me the quote and got right to work. He and his brother work so clean! They even laid down a red carpet so they wouldn't get anything on the kitchen floor and wore shoe covers the whole time. He took pictures showed me what was going on so I could be in the know. There's not enough I can say about Tony. When they were done, which didn't take long at all.. we chatted a little about ourselves...very personal guy. I would've put on a pot of coffee if I hadn't of ran out! If you don't call Jet Plumbing for your plumbing needs you're missing out on a great experience and super nice people. Thanks Tony!!!

Honesty and integrity sums it up. Tony, the owner, answered all of my questions and quite frankly could not have been more helpful. He knew he didn't have the part to fix my furnace and would have to order it, which would take a while. He referred me to a mechanical company who could fix it immediately, which obviously cost him my business and my money.

He also offered to attempt to walk me through another minor problem I have in my bathroom (before coming out to look at it and fix it). I simply could not have had a better experience...

I had such a great experience with Tony and his brother when I called for a backed up drain. They came out within a couple hours the same day I called, were totally professional and friendly, and fixed the issue in no time at a discounted price. I had them look at another leak I had coming from my shower, was given a quote, and scheduled a repair for the following week. They were here well at the beginning of the time frame I was given, fixed it in less than an hour, explained exactly what they had done, and charged me LESS than the quoted price! I can't speak highly enough about the work they do and the level of professionalism and courtesy I was shown. Definitely recommend everyone call Jet Plumbing!

Tony and his brother came to fix our kitchen faucet yesterday. Since it was not an emergency, we had an appointment for a day and a half after calling to schedule. I felt their price was fair for the area and Tony was very friendly and talkative. He was honest about everything he was doing and explained what to do if xy or z happens.

The installation went seamlessly and our new faucet looks and works great! We will definitely call Tony back for any further plumbing needs.

Tony fit us in within 24 hours when our house's drainage pipe backed up. He was easy to get in touch with and kept us up-to-date on his timing etc. He unclogged our drain without issue - but the clog was more complicated than it first appeared (roots growing into our old house's pipes). His initial work had a warranty, so when the clog ended up coming back, he immediately arranged for another team to come out the next day, free-of-charge. Having this clog happen was so stressful, and Tony was truly, truly helpful in getting rid of our stress and making sure that the problem was taken care of as quickly as possible. We'll definitely be asking him to do any of our future plumbing work. Can't recommend him enough!

Jet Plumbing replaced a leaking bathtub drain and bathtub faucet for my place. Tony was awesome! He understood that a needing a bathtub fixed was a high priority for the family since we have one shower/tub. He came out to do the job within 24hrs and a totally reasonable price! I will be using Jet Plumbing for all my plumbing work from now on.

Unfortunately I had a gas lineinstalled by a friend prior to contacting Jet Plumbing and it was inproperly installed and I had a gas leak. As a result of theTony came out that evening to looked at the prior installation. He gave me a price to redo the line and once he pulled the permit and it was approved he began the work within 3 days. It didn't take him but part of the day to get the work done. The following day the inspector from the town came out to approve the pressure test. Unfortunately at that time it was determined the gas line was never bonded when it was installed a few years back by the previous homeowner. The inspector in conjunction with Jet (Tony) waited for him to bond the line and he passed the pressure test so I didn't need him to come back and the gas was turned on! There was no additional charge for this extra work. Highly recommend and would use again!
