I noticed that my Dad's water heater was showing signs of leakage around the inlet and outlet pipes. I called Tony based on all the positive reviews on Yelp. He responded very quickly and gave a guaranteed price based on a few photos I sent. within a couple of days, he and his brother showed up exactly on time and had the new heater installed in a couple of hours.

They are the best plumbers I've ever worked with. I'd definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Very impressed by the service I received on 3/6/23. I've been avoiding swapping out my old sink for something from this century as I anticipated problems with this being an old unit... but they were competent, friendly, very clear in their communications, and got the Job done with only some minor complications. Tony was happy to consult on other projects and offered useful advice on my upcoming bathroom reno. Will certainly be giving them a call when I'm ready to proceed.

Tony Isarai of JET Plumbing is an amazing plumber. He has performed so many services for us over the years. His work is always performed exceptionally well. Recently, he installed a new furnace and water heater at our home. We have lived in this home for over thirty years and we never had a warm comfortable home. After Tony installed the new furnace there are no more cold areas and no more loud knocking noises in the middle of the night. Thankfully we have a new furnace when the cost of heating oil increased dramatically. Our oil consumption has been cut significantly and our home is warmer and more comfortable to live in. Tony also installed a radon removal system on our well several years ago which works fabulously and does not make the loud noises the other system made. JET Plumbing is the best!

We needed a toilet replaced after noticing the bolts had rusted and it was wobbly. Called Jet Plumbing and they had an opening the next day. Tony and Miri are extremely professional, courteous, clean and fast! The toilet they installed is fantastic, also. Wonderful experience, all around. They even provided me with a few recommendations for other things I need done around the house as well as contacts for people that could provide that work (non-plumbing related). Highly recommend them and wouldn't think of using anyone else for my plumbing needs.

A huge thank you to Jet Plumbing for their installation of our bathroom vanity. Tony and his brother were informative, professional and friendly. The installation was beautiful with a custom curved baseboard cut, done by Tony, to seamlessly accommodate the curved legs of the vanity. Pricing seemed fair and worth the service and attention to seemingly every detail. Even beyond the job they were fantastic. After their departure we realized we were missing a feline. Thinking he may have escaped with the back and forth to the truck, I called Tony while on the verge of tears. He was incredibly understanding and assured me that both he and his brother always make sure to close doors upon all entries and exits. Sure enough, the little furball reappeared shortly after the call..in our living room. We highly recommend Jet to anyone in need of a plumber. Good people that go absolutely above and beyond to make sure the job gets done right.

WOW. Tony and his brother are hands down the best plumbers I've hired. They were always on time, professional, respectful (they wore masks and foot covers the entire time), and transparent and fair with pricing. I had new equipment and fixtures installed in my kitchen and bathroom; the work was flawless. Also, the quality of products they use and recommend is top-notch. Highly recommend!
