Couldn't ask for a better experience. We had a tankless water heater (ugh) that has been giving us problems for th last 3 or 4 years. The thing finally gave up for good and we were without hot water for about a week (except for the occasional 3 minute spurt). Finally called a different plumber who quoted DOUBLE the inspection fee that JES did on Monday morning, so we called JES. Juan came out that very afternoon, made the diagnosis, sent the estimate to submit to our insurance company within about an hour, and came out the very next day permit ready, new (tank) water heater in hand and had it installed in less than 2 hours. Even took the old POS tankless to dispose of for us. I have to tell you, I don't think we've ever had a better experience with a repair company. Even our insurance adjuster said that Juan was the best easiest and most cooperative plumber she's ever worked with.

Extremely happy with their service. I called JES based on their yelp reviews and wasn't disappointed. My water heater was leaking badly so i called for a quote. I received a call back within minutes, was given a quote and scheduled in for the very next day. They were prompt and professional. Great work. Highly recommend them.

Very efficient service and also very friendly. He let me know what was causing the clogging too which I found helpful so now we can prepare for if it happens again, basically it's an old house/past owners issue we may have to deal with and if it does, I will definitely use JES plumbing again. I've used JES Plumbing twice now and had a great experience.
This will absolutely be the team I will call in the future and I'm happy to wait (if need be) as a good team is always the way to go for a long-term fix.

Why? They are quick to respond, arrive on time and ready to address the project (correct tools and knowledge to fix the problem in my case). They explain costs up front and very pleasant to work with on site.

Eric came by to fix a pipe that was clogged. He was super respectful and nice. When he was done with the pipe he started packing. Before he left he told me that he was going to check another pipe just to be sure everything was cleared up. He found another clot and instead of leaving and coming back another day he unpacked all his equipment and fixed the second clot. I couldn't be more grateful for him fixing everything!!

Eric came by and cleared my kitchen drain today. He was very polite and didn't even look that scared when he saw my kitchen after a week of no sink and all the dishes that came with that! Very professional and got me back on track in less than a hour! I would definitely use then again!

10/23/18 - Jes plumbing is terrific. Eric was direct and straight forward. Very thorough and fixed the backed up sewer line in no time at all. He stuck to his phone estimate even though it took a little extra time. I will ALWAYS use Jes plumbing in the future and will recommend him to anyone who asks.
Now here is the real skinny. Let's face it, there are good, honest, capable people in all the trades. But there are also predator companies who take every possible effort to upsell, oversell, overcharge, and even sabotage in order to make more money at the expense of the customer.
I have had very disappointing services from one of these other companies:
1. On visit # 1, I needed a new garbage disposal, I also decided to buy a new kitchen faucet. I asked the guys to install the faucet while doing the disposal. The main rep was clearly unhappy and tried to convince me to install THEIR faucet, but I persevered. After a HUGE bill, I thought I was done, but that only lasted about three days.
2. Visit # 2: I called them back and this time they insisted that I buy THEIR Fawcett. Theirs was less quality and cost $250 more. Plus another service call. Then I was talked into joining their club ($15.00 a month) to save 10% plus no charge service calls. (Desperate to save $$ after two big bills!)
3. Visit # 3: No charge to come out and give me a quote to install a new toilet. I said no and got it done by another company for 60% of Big G's quote.
4. Visit # 4: (Using my CLUB membership) Both kitchen sinks were not draining. I also asked for a quote to replace flapper valves on 3 toilets. The guy was immediately trying to sell me complete new filler valves as well. I new this was wrong and said no. Then he said the flapper valves were OK. Then on to the kitchen sinks. Pushed into using their special camera to check out the line. Then they snaked it anyway. Why pay for the camera? They did not offer me an option not to use their more expensive toys. They cleared the blockage for another $265. The they told me it might need to get a water jet clear out for only and additional $1000.00.
Now I know to never use these other guys in the future. Back to Jes plumbing - honest, reasonable prices, with no BS. Oh yeah, If I wanted the same jet service from Jes, it would have cost $160. Use Jes for all of your plumbing needs, and you can book a cruise with the savings.
