Juan gave me a price over the phone for the house call. So no surprises with base cost. Parts are extra. He arrived wearing a mask which is what I want. He did the repairs efficiently and the leak was stop and toilet guts replaced. It now flushes much better and the with the new water feed line the leak is gone. He called when he left his last job so I'd know when he would arrive. I would use again.

JES saved us! Our water heater went out on a Saturday morning. We called EVERYWHERE locally and either no one could come until Monday or would cost so much extra to come out on a weekend. I also had a medical procedure on Monday that I needed to prep for so it was urgent. We were just about to give up for the weekend until we found JES. They came shortly after we called, they explained everything to us, and didn't try to up-sell us. Apparently our heater was a custom one but they had connections for the last one in town! They were able to get it installed for us and it was beautiful! They even filled out the permit for us with the city and gave us exact directions on it. When the guy for the city came to inspect it, he had no worries when I told him that JES put it in. He was done in less than 5 minutes.

JES is family and locally owned and operated. They will be our first call for any future needs like this.

Very Impressed!

Our water heater went out 2 days ago, and we weren't really sure who to contact for a reputable plumber. After researching yelp we discovered Jes Plumbing and they did not disappoint. I contacted Juan on Friday and within 30 minutes he was at my garage as promised. He and his son Eric removed our old water heater as well as the components, and replaced with a completely new unit as well as all the fittings. They were prompt and professional and did top notch work and saved us from a weekend with no hot water. I would certainly use them again for our plumbing needs.

These guys are the best! I've called them 3 different times recently for plumbing issues in our home. Each time they were readily available with expertise and friendly service. They were able to fix our house water shut-off and washer/dryer hookups, as well as install all the plumbing on our kitchen and bathroom sinks. JES has taken care of a few plumbing issues for my parents over the years. My mom wouldn't call anyone else! They are very quick to come out and fairly priced. Mom recommends them to all her friends but doesn't do yelp.

Above and beyond!
I had a couple issues that needed to be fixed for some time now. I was so hesitant because I heard all the stories about how expensive these jobs are and that some companies can really take you for a ride with the prices. I didn't feel that way AT ALL with JES Plumbing. Eric came out today and was very respectful and honest about the quote. He did everything that was asked of him and above. I really appreciated his work and communication, I was asked several times if I had any questions and he walked me through his job when he was done.
