Jersey Drains Unlimited of Rutherford was at my home today to fix a number of problems and they fixed them all in an hour! The condensation pipe from our central air unit empties into a vertical pipe in our basement, which apparently was clogged so there was water all over the furnace room. I figured out that it was from whenever we ran the AC, and AFTER the AC guy came and flushed out the line it got even worse because it was emptying into the same clogged waste pipe as before. So, Jersey Drains was recommended to me and Robert and Marco perfectly understood the problems on the first take and were able to clean out that trap. They told me they are not only drain guys but master plumbers, so if a pipe had to be replaced, they could do that too which was a big relief.
The upstairs tub line was clogged and they snaked that out as well and did a great job, cleaning up the area afterwards as well!
The owner of the company, Craig, was very nice, smart, articulate, and a good listener while I explained the problems on the phone. He understood all the possibilities of where the problems could be coming from. The men he sent to work on these problems, Robert and Marco were bright, great at finding the source of the problems, explained everything well to me, and did an excellent job! I asked for a bunch of their cards because I was so impressed with them that I will be highly recommending this company to all my neighbors! FIVE out of five BIG STARS for all of their help!

This was a true emergency, water started coming out of my sink as i did my wash and the basement had flooded. I called Craig and he sent Robert to respond the same day. Robert was amazing, he was professional and very kind. He fixed the sewer system but i still had an additional problem with my sink. It was 6:30 at night and anyone else would have left and came back the next day. He stayed to snake the drain and rebuilt the pipe. He explained what he was doing the whole time. What an amazing man to care about others and there needs. I highly recommend Robert and Jersey Drains!!

I have been using this company for a few years. Today a young man was sent here.....he was very sweet but I honestly did not think he could get the job done. He tried 2 machines to unclog my tub but wasnt able to do it. He was kindly persistent when I wanted to just get the owner to come and fix it. I needed to get back to work and had an appointment to get to.
He finally called for another bigger and more powerful machine, which was dropped off by his co-worker and he was able to get the job done.
I have to say he was pleasant and was confident that he could fix it....which he did. He even cleaned the tub after he was done, who does that?! Anyway after all this I didnt ask his name but I think it was Alex. You did a great job. Thank you Alex.

We had a big plumbing job needed in our basement. The main waste pipe needed to be partially replaced. They were delayed in coming due to the snow we have had. However, they came today and worked tirelessly breaking through my basement floor and fixing the pipes. Thank you Jersey Drains for allowing me to be able to use my main floor bathroom again!

Nothing but positive experiences working with Jersey Drains. We worked with them 3 times now- once for galvanized pipe removal, vanity installation, and a drain blockage in our bathroom. Craig and his team are always responsive, professional, and very respectful. We are a little far (they were recommended to us by my sister who lives in Rutherford) but they always help us out and we are so thankful.

I called for the first time Jersey Drains and will be not the last one!!!!
They came after 45 minutes I called , professionally prepared and in 30 minutes my drain was unclogged and the area cleaned and ready to use again. Robert and Jay did a fantastic job and I am very happy with their service. And their cost was very reasonable

Great sewer company. Had a sewer break and they made it a priority to get it done as quickly as possible. The owner did not want to leave us with a blocked sewer line. I will definitely be using them for my drain and plumbing needs.

Where do I begin? Craig is an absolute professional. I am a single mom and my sump pump wasn't working and left me with a flooded basement. Craig came quickly and fixed the issue. He is professional, trustworthy and someone who I highly recommend. Rutherford is a beautiful town but many of our homes are older and have plumbing issues. Finding Jer-Z drains puts my mind at ease that I have someone to call when needed. Thank You Jer-Z Drains!

Water wasn't flowing quite right out of the storm / sump drain. Finally broke down and called Jer-Z Drainz - the owner Craig came over , used some hi tech equipment with a camera to look up the pipe and found a group of roots growing in the pipe.
Long story short... after 10 min or so problem completely solved. Great, courteous customer service, explain what was going on and what was to be done to fix the problem and did it! I highly recommend this company without any reservations. Thrilled with the service and result.
