I have been using this company for a few years. Today a young man was sent here.....he was very sweet but I honestly did not think he could get the job done. He tried 2 machines to unclog my tub but wasnt able to do it. He was kindly persistent when I wanted to just get the owner to come and fix it. I needed to get back to work and had an appointment to get to.
He finally called for another bigger and more powerful machine, which was dropped off by his co-worker and he was able to get the job done.
I have to say he was pleasant and was confident that he could fix it....which he did. He even cleaned the tub after he was done, who does that?! Anyway after all this I didnt ask his name but I think it was Alex. You did a great job. Thank you Alex.

We had a big plumbing job needed in our basement. The main waste pipe needed to be partially replaced. They were delayed in coming due to the snow we have had. However, they came today and worked tirelessly breaking through my basement floor and fixing the pipes. Thank you Jersey Drains for allowing me to be able to use my main floor bathroom again!

Nothing but positive experiences working with Jersey Drains. We worked with them 3 times now- once for galvanized pipe removal, vanity installation, and a drain blockage in our bathroom. Craig and his team are always responsive, professional, and very respectful. We are a little far (they were recommended to us by my sister who lives in Rutherford) but they always help us out and we are so thankful.

I called for the first time Jersey Drains and will be not the last one!!!!
They came after 45 minutes I called , professionally prepared and in 30 minutes my drain was unclogged and the area cleaned and ready to use again. Robert and Jay did a fantastic job and I am very happy with their service. And their cost was very reasonable

Great sewer company. Had a sewer break and they made it a priority to get it done as quickly as possible. The owner did not want to leave us with a blocked sewer line. I will definitely be using them for my drain and plumbing needs.

Where do I begin? Craig is an absolute professional. I am a single mom and my sump pump wasn't working and left me with a flooded basement. Craig came quickly and fixed the issue. He is professional, trustworthy and someone who I highly recommend. Rutherford is a beautiful town but many of our homes are older and have plumbing issues. Finding Jer-Z drains puts my mind at ease that I have someone to call when needed. Thank You Jer-Z Drains!

Water wasn't flowing quite right out of the storm / sump drain. Finally broke down and called Jer-Z Drainz - the owner Craig came over , used some hi tech equipment with a camera to look up the pipe and found a group of roots growing in the pipe.
Long story short... after 10 min or so problem completely solved. Great, courteous customer service, explain what was going on and what was to be done to fix the problem and did it! I highly recommend this company without any reservations. Thrilled with the service and result.

Can't say enough good things about Jer-Z Drainz. I called Craig a couple of times about a backed-up sewage drain, which he helped unclog and diagnose. Eventually, I had to face the reality that the old pipes in my house needed to be replaced, which was a huge job. It involved bringing in a mason and digging up pipes in the yard and under the house. The guys did amazing work and overcame a series of challenges during the day to get the job done-- all for a fair price.

Everything about dealing with Jer-Z Drainz is easy, which I am so grateful for because usually what I'm calling about is stressful enough! Craig is responsive to calls, easy to schedule with, and follows up when he says he's going to follow up. He's straightforward with his diagnoses and proposed solutions, and understands that cost is a big factor in making some of these decisions. And he takes pride in the quality of his work. I enthusiastically recommend him!

I have known Craig for a long time. Has to be at least 10 to 15 years if not more. Him and his team have done many jobs for me. From replacing the main pipe of the house to a sump pump to a leaking pipe, to replacing a toilet, replacing all the lines in the house. They have done it all. Very professional and friendly. On one or two occasions I have needed help immediately and either Craig or one of his crew would be at my house within minutes. I also believe his pricing is more than fair for the top service I have gotten. I would and have recommend there service. Craig, if you are reading this. Thanks
