Our toilet flooded during the day on a weekday. Jerry's Rooter Service made an appointment for someone to come drain the line the next morning. I was really grateful. The overall price for parts and labor (because we purchased a new toilet) was economical. I recommend Andrew, who did good work and was professional especially when explaining the work that needed to be done.

Jerry's Rooter Service came to investigate a plumbing problem that actually didn't turn out to be a plumbing problem at all. I appreciate them taking the time to come out to the house and I was able to give them a small job but it was really nothing compared to what I thought needed to be done. The guys are reliable which I have not had much luck with workers in the reliability department so this was really refreshing. Very nice guys and I will be hiring them for my next plumbing job.

Had a clogged kitchen drain line. Would be fine if you just need a simple unclog, but nothing more. They took care of the clog pretty quickly with the snake. But I decided to do the hydro jet cleaning and camera inspection as they suggested and that's when it started going downhill. They said the hydro jet got stuck after a certain point and couldn't go further so they used a camera to inspect and told me there's a disconnected joint under the concrete slab and would require thousands in repair. That got me concerned of course. Thankfully I got a second opinion from another company who performed a much more professional and thorough inspection and found no disconnected joints nor any other problems in the line, saving me thousands in unnecessary repair. The misdiagnosis definitely caused some sleepless nights.

Woke up to a cracked water pipe in the garage and was struggling to find a plumber who was available same day. Jerry responded quickly, and was able to provide me a quote through text (sent a video showing the crack). The actual service took no longer than 30 minutes, and just like that I no longer had to worry about finding a place to shower that night!
