Andrew showed up timely and respectfully for my tenant and accessed the problem very quickly and gave me his honest opinion on the problem. Before I made a decision to write this note, I have thought for a while. The case was few months ago. How come I complained now? According to the contract the project was supposed to repair and replace the main drain pipe for water to flow go through. In the middle of project there was another blockage from the front yard to the city pipe. I called the company and said it costs $5000 more. I was disappointed about the cost.
I told the company to show me the camera which section of the pipe had the blockage. I also consulted different plumbing companies. It took time and money to get other quotes. It turns out , there is no other blockage from the front yard to the city pipe. Therefore, I told the Jerry Rooter that "" I won't pay any money if you could not repair it completely. Otherwise , you can file a mechanic lien."" A few days later, on the Christmas Day the water backed up again.
I was really terrible thing to happen on a holiday.
I called my friend to deal with the problem temporarily. After that, I called another company to find out what happened. It was a rock inside the pipe. I was mad at this company.
I continue asking the same question where the rock come from? The company could not answer my question. Eventually the company promise to remove the rock without pay extra.
It took so long to finish the project. I had a really bad experience. In the contract there is 25 years on pipe and 5 years on drainage. Recently I called two times regarding my toilet cannot flush. There was no returning call. It was so bad customer service. The reason I wrote that I hope the company can do honest business. Good luck to your business.

We have had a clogged sink for 4 days now and we tried home remedies such as boiling water and baking soda with vinegar (even stupidly tried a drain cleaner that did not work at all) and the sink remained clog. On Sunday I called and they were able to get someone to show up to my house within 3 hours (which is amazing I figured we would be stuck until midweek). Andrew was our service technician and he was extremely friendly and professional. He fixed our sink in a flash. I am very grateful to both Jerry Rooters Service and Andrew. I will definitely be using their services for years to come.

Recently we bought a house in Rancho Cucamonga that is 32 years old and encountered typical issues with plumbing for a resident of this age. We have had both Anthony and Michael at the location for ongoing issues and was quite pleased with their customer service and willingness to find the problem and fix it. Also I found the business pricing fair and reasonable for a house call.

The original quote and estimate process was great. Everything was explained clearly and it seemed like things would go smoothly.

We needed to relocate all of our plumbing from underground copper pipes to pex tubes in the attic due to a leak underground so this is a fairly big/expensive job.
The price wasn't particularly cheap but was pretty reasonable especially considering the level of service we were ""expecting.""

The work took about a day and a half longer than quoted which i'm fine with but based on what I observed it definitely could have been completed by the original target date. There was a lot of ""downtime"" and a constant need to buy additional materials? Seemed odd.

My biggest gripe was that it was impossible to get the original estimator to show up and walk me through what's going on with the work. Basically I never saw him again after the initial visit where he gave us the quote.

Communication was difficult with the two people that were actually on site doing the work and often at times I was confused what was being done and by when.

Overall the work was mediocre/satisfactory. Some of the pex tubing wasn't strapped down as well as it could be and i would hear them knocking in the walls when we turn on the water now. Also, most of the tubing was strapped down in the attic but some sections weren't and I can hear the knocking when water runs sometimes. Not a huge deal but a bit of an annoyance.

Started off really strong but ended limp.

Don't use this plumber. They are the most unorganized unprofessional people in the business. If you have a complicated issues they aren't prepared or have capability to do your job. We have waited 3 days for a simple bathroom drain clog. They have come twice and said the equipment they need is on another truck and we have to wait again and again it been a week 4 days since we called them initially. Calling another plumber now to get this done right
