My main sewer line backs up about every year or two and I've grown tired of dealing with it myself, so I called Jerry's Rooter. Jerry himself came out within the promised two hour window. He took care of the issue quickly and we discussed further options that will permanently remedy the problem. He strikes me as an honest and hard working individual who isn't looking to just make a quick buck. I plan on having him do further work on my sewer line that we discussed and I will update the review when it's completed.

Look no further!! If your looking for fast reliable service this should be your go to plumber!! So happy with the service we received from Jerry's Rooter. I contacted them via Yelp (on a Sunday) for an estimate on a possible hole in our water line. We received an immediate response and our technician Joe came out the same day! Other companies wouldn't send someone out until Monday. We received our estimate and Joe was able to fix the problem first thing in the morning the next day. Joe was very professional, thorough and wore his mask the whole time. He put us in contact with a home restoration company for possible water damage repairs. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber.

Our pipe to our mainline broke at 6pm on a Friday and Jerry came out within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue and set up an appointment for the next day. Next day, he came out with a crew and we discussed the different options and not once did I feel pressured to pay for anything. It's always a good sign when the owner of the business suggests getting quotes from other companies before agreeing to his price.
