I contacted Jerry's Plumbing to clean a clogged drain on a Sunday. I was charged $365 for a visit. The technician came out and ran the snake, but said that it was the septic system and I would need to have the septic tank pumped. He did not clear the drain. I had a al's septic repair come out the next day. I spent four hours digging up the septic access holes, so they could inspect it. They looked at the tank and said it did not need to be pumped, there was nothing wrong with it, it was operating as it should. While they were there, I explained the situation. He took a 4 foot broom and pushed it through the drain and unclogged a soft plug and the drain was clear. He said the plumber just didn't run the snake far enough. It cost me over $1000 to have the septic company come out. Jerry's Plumbing did nothing to rectify the incorrect diagnosis. It cost me almost $1400 to fix a soft clog in my drain because they misdiagnosed it. I asked for some adjustment to get he $365 charge and they refused.

The women who work the desk at Jerry's Plumbing were terrible to deal with. They don't know the city requirements so therefore I didn't receive what I needed for a city required Lateral Sewer Inspection. After I requested a refund as now I need to hire a new plumber to do the inspection correctly to get the information REQUIRED by the city of SLO, the office manager called to fight with me about how they don't offer programs. Do yourselves a favor and call another plumber. These folks have a huge communication problem and take zero responsibility for their fails as well as not knowing the cities regulations.

Had a blockage in both our bathrooms that required immediate attention!
We called Jerry's Plumbing and were told that 5.30pm would be the earliest the technicians could arrive. Around 5.45pm we received a call to say they were on their way. An hour later our blockage had been totally cleared. The techs were polite and very professional. Unfortunately we did not ask their names.
This is the third time we have used Jerry's Plumbing in the past year and every experience has been positive.
We recommend this company.

William showed up right on time. He was polite, professional and gave me a fair estimate. However, after fixing my clogged kitchen sink he charged me less because he didn't need to snake my drain line.

I'm a satisfied customer and I highly recommend Jerry's Plumbing and Heating.

Very happy with Zac who was polite, masked and solved our problem in the minimum amount of time and cost. Being a senior on SSI expensive repairs are not an option. I will be recomending them to friends. My regular repair co was booked weeks in advance and Jerry's were here the next day. It's going to be in the 30s at night this week, we couldn't wait 2 weeks.

I called for a toilet installation and got an appointment that day. Earl came observing appropriate covid precautions. He was neat and did a great job. This is the third time I have used this company. They did a fine job installing a hot water heater several years ago.

Jerry's Plumbing has been our go-to plumber for years. I noticed that the last time I left a review was in 2012 - eight years ago!! They have consistently been on time and on budget. I called with a non-emergency need to replace some cutoff values. They offered to just fix the problem at no charge but we decided to replace the old valves. No pressure and the job was done quickly. They followed the best practices for COVID. Start to finish it was a job well done.

We called Jerry's at 10pm on a Friday because our entire house was backing up. The tech from the moment he called it was obvious he did not want to come out because he kept mentioning Saturday would work better. I told him we had no choice because we have no toilets, running water, showers or anything! When he got here, he looked around for the clean out couldn't find it because it was dark, then proceeded to tell me unless I can find it there's nothing he can do. I asked him if he could take out the toilet and snake it that way he said yes but it would cost me $500 on top of the $300 service fee he was charging me. It was so obvious by his mannerisms and attitude, he did not want to be there. He said he could be here Saturday and be more helpful. I said OK, it is what it is we won't get charged another service fee right? He said yes you will because it's considered another job. I will never use them again. Please consider someone else when using an emergency call out.

They cleared an outside set line at the mobile home park I live in. This is in a common area of old pipes that were not laid correctly. Upon completion there was toxic sludge at my property and my two neighbors. When I asked Jerry's to remedy the situation they basically said that they are not responsible. No effort was made by them to contain the spill. It just spread into my yard and in front of my work shed
