Jerry is a second-generation plumber. He became the youngest plumber to earn his Contractors License in 1993. Within a year of launching the business, Jerry brought on his first employee. Within five years, we had expanded to a team of ten talented technicians. In 1998, we introduced a new division focused on fire sprinkler system installations. By 1999, we further expanded to include HVAC repair and services. By 2001, we had the capability to manage every phase of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.
We are a locally owned and family-operated business. We employ the latest technology and uphold the high standards we set in 1993: honesty, integrity, and strong work ethics. We prioritize complete satisfaction for our customers above all else!

While the service was friendly enough, we got a quote for a clogged toilet at around $120. We told them the line needed to be snaked and they still said $120 ""tops"". When the guy showed up (on time) and did the work, He charge $185. When we asked why it was so much more than the quote, he said it was because he had to use the ""big snake"". He didn't even snake the whole line and it was clogged again in less than 3 months. Will not use this company again.

Called for estimate. Got a call back. Very friendly and professional office staff. Set up a 2 hour window for estimate. A guy shows up a half later than our window. Doesnt introduce himself. Says ""Hey were you looking for an estimate on a furnace?"" Yes. Looks at it. Says ""I'll email you an estimate before noon tomorrow."" Then leaves. Noon tomorrow was yesterday and I've still not received an estimate or phone call. Disappointing, but if this is how this company conducts its business; I must say that I will never use this company and I will tell everybody I know to not use Jerry's Plumbing.

I found Jerry's Plumbing on a Google search for my area. I wish I'd checked Yelp first.
My kitchen drain was stopped up after using my garbage disposal. On the company website was a coupon for drain cleaning $80.
After the technician looked at the situation, he stated it would cost $110. He stated he didn't need to run his equipment for a drain clean out, so it would cost the same as a service call.
Well, this seemed impossible, because all he did was unscrew the plastic pipe from the garbage disposal & dump out the clog. Took him less than 15 minutes start to finish. Far less work & time than an actual drain clean out, yet I had to pay $110.
Does that seem fare to anyone? Yeh, me neither!!

John S. from Jerry's did a great job for us! We had a number of plumbing issues after moving into our house and Jerry's was contracted through our home warranty policy to fix them. John S. installed a new kitchen faucet, fixed a diverter in one of the showers, and fixed a slow drain in the shower. He was polite, on time and very pleasant the entire time he was here and even checked to make sure we had no other issues that needed attention. Jerry's should give him kudos for being a great employee.

Very disappointing experience. I had a leaky water heater. They came by checked and had to get approval from the property management company (I rent). 30 days later and the water heater is still leaking. Property management company contacted them and they made 4 calls over 3 days to schedule with me. I answered every call. I told them that anytime Wednesday through Friday was good. They said that they were booked and could I be at the house on Saturday. I told them no as I was going to be out of town but would be happy to do it Monday. Saturday morning at 8:00 I get a phone call that went to voice mail and I immediately called them back. At which time they said that they had called the owner because they couldn't reach me. (What a crock). Now the owners wife was going to meet them, which is a violation of my rental agreement ( I am supposed to get 24 hours notice before they enter the property). While there the technician ripped off the tubing for my gray water recycling system (from the washing machine). Remember he is there to fix the water heater.! I will never ever use them and would not recommend them to anyone I know!

Purchase the dishwasher from Sears and they scheduled a delivery from 8 to 12 in the morning. Nobody ever showed up. No phone call, no communication, so we called and asked what was going on they told us the guys truck broke. That he would be there within the hour. That was three hours ago. Unreliable, unprofessional, insulting. Hint for Jerry's plumbing it's called communication. Try it sometime it works.

Thank you to Jerry's Plumbing for sending 3 awesome plumbers-David L., John S.and Joe. All three were exceptional, professional, helpful, clean and did a wonderful job. We had a few snags with Sears, but Jerry's came through and fixed everything. Thank you!

My family ordered a dishwasher from Sears, who apparently subcontracted Jerry's Plumbing to deliver and install it. The service man who arrived at our door ""reeked of peanut butter,"" according to my mother, which is not so terrible in itself. But he immediately expressed reluctance at having to take the dishwasher up our steep stairs, and... he was terrified of ants. We are having a bit of an ant problem, and I guess he felt very threatened, because he took a long look at the trails of ants around the kitchen and then RESCHEDULED the delivery, specifically asking when we thought the ants would be gone. Not sure if that had anything to do with the peanut butter, but in any case his entire attitude, comportment and tone suggested that he was done working for the day. Not the guy we want installing an expensive appliance.

Regarding the Atascadero Location:
Our furnace broke back in April. As of the end of August, it is still not fixed.
The original technician ordered the wrong furnace and didn't realize it until the date of the install. Then broke another part attached to our A/C while working on it. This broken part wasn't discovered until the 2nd furnace was attempted to be installed. We heard that technician was fired. So now our furnace and A/C do not work. We've been without A/C for about the last 3 weeks now. I called Jerry's to get an update and they said they were waiting to hear from us. But we had actually been waiting on them to call us back because they said they would call. We had already given our consent for the work and the payment. Since our trust has been broken, I called today to follow up on a part that they were supposed to get in today. I was told it wasn't in but the distributor had it and would be sending it. I asked for an ETA and was told they couldn't provide one.
I believe the biggest issue is the lack of communication and follow through. We have had at least 3 occasions when we were promised calls from Jerrys' Plumbing and those calls never came. Not only that, but we had to call to keep the service in progress. If I don't call, the next step doesn't get initiated. Again, we originally initiated this service back in April.
It's very difficult to go without an A/C when you live in a semi-arid climate with highs in the 90s every day...especially when you are 6 months pregnant.

Very professional and fast service for a great price!! I called them early morning and they arrived when they said they would. My furnace was out, no heat or a/c at all. They quickly found the problem, replacing the transformer and adding in a fuse so that it wouldn't happen again. (It's an old furnace) The service tech Tim was very helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions. Working properly within an hour and I didn't get gouged on pricing. Thank you so much for your help, I will call Jerry's the next time I need any plumbing or heating help!
