Hiring a plumber is like going to a barber for the first time: you don't know if you are going to gas a good job, or get scalped. Happily, I was fortunate in my selection, thanks to other Yelp reviewers.
My call to Jennings was answered by a knowledgable person, and I was scheduled for first thing the next day. The professional who responded to my call- Michael Pruitt- worked 5 hours to correct my problem, and the price was very fair, much less than I feared. I was delighted with the outcome- there's nothing that could have been improved upon.

Waited and waited, and waited!!!
Never showed up, never called me in regards of my appointment with them. When I called twice to see if they're still coming, they picked up the receiver and hung up both times. I called again at 5 and was automatically directed to leave a message. Never called me after that. I thought I would try them out for the first time. My experience today told me how they do business and treat their potential callers.

Michael C. came out our house for a pressure test. Not only did he do the job, he explained each step and wasn't at all annoyed I was asking questions. If anything, he was excited to teach me. You can tell he's very passionate about what he does and he explained his father was also a plumber. I love working with people like this. We are getting some work done next week so I feel confident everything will be done right. Excellent company.

Michael came to my house today to fix and issue in the master bath and he was fantastic! He called beforehand since he was early and wanted to be sure that was okay -- he was very professional, courteous, showed/taught me a lot while he was here and was very patient with my questions and thorough in his response. Call to get an estimate on a major repair. Sewer line is broken, receptionist wants me to send her the report of the plumber who found the problem, really?? If you can't take the time to come look at my issue and want to use someone else's report, you don't get my money!!

We just had Michael Campbell in our home to complete a tub repair in our home. He had contacted us prior to arriving and gave us his name so we knew who to expect. He was very professional.
