I would definitely call Jennings plumbing for a repair. We had a hot water leak in the slab in our master bathroom. It was a very difficult area to get to and they worked very hard to resolve the situation. They arrived when scheduled and the price was acceptable

Today was the third time we had Jennings come to our house. We moved into this house about three years ago. We have had to call Jennings out once for a new water heater and twice for clogged drain. Today's service cal was to survey our drains with a camera. Now let me back up. Michael changed out our water heater . He also brought the new installation up to currant code requirements. Michael was very courteous and professional.
Steven was the lead man on today's crew, he did his job withdrew diligence. But, mostimportant, he conducted himself in a ver professional manner and in a gentlemanly manner. After he finished his camera survey,
He explained his findings in a very professional manner and in a manner that my wife understood. We are using Jennings to correct one of the problems he discovered. At no time over the years has Jennings plumbing tried to overcharge us. They have always been timely, in regards to their appointments. My wife and I will gladly recommend Jenni gs plumbing to anybody that may need a plumber!!!

Got in touch with them through my home warranty company when my bathroom flooded and we had to shut off water to the house. The only time they could come out was the next day, they seemed to think it was acceptable for me to live without running water for 24 hours. I wouldn't have even cared enough to leave a bad review for that alone, but the woman who answered the phone was rude, unsympathetic, and wasn't listening to what I was trying to say. I ended up calling roto router and they came out within 30 minutes to help.

Living in an older home with cast iron sewer lines that finally corroded away, we were faced with a major cost to tunnel under our slab foundation and replace the entire system. I happened upon the idea to route the new lines a different way and asked Jennings Plumbing for a quote. The price was acceptable and reasonable.
The crews were conscientious, courteous, and careful. They explained there would only be a short time, ( just a couple of hours for tie in of new lines) that our drains would be unusable, and we were hardly inconvenienced throughout the week long project. The crews also did a great job of clean up to our entire yard. There was over 100 feet of trenching to be done. Backfilling of the trenches was tidy, and best of all, our drains have been awesome since the work was completed.
Shawn Jennings also was prompt at returning texts and phone calls.
Thanks to Jennings for making a big headache go away. We will recommend this business every time, and call them for future repairs!!

Hiring a plumber is like going to a barber for the first time: you don't know if you are going to gas a good job, or get scalped. Happily, I was fortunate in my selection, thanks to other Yelp reviewers.
My call to Jennings was answered by a knowledgable person, and I was scheduled for first thing the next day. The professional who responded to my call- Michael Pruitt- worked 5 hours to correct my problem, and the price was very fair, much less than I feared. I was delighted with the outcome- there's nothing that could have been improved upon.

Waited and waited, and waited!!!
Never showed up, never called me in regards of my appointment with them. When I called twice to see if they're still coming, they picked up the receiver and hung up both times. I called again at 5 and was automatically directed to leave a message. Never called me after that. I thought I would try them out for the first time. My experience today told me how they do business and treat their potential callers.
