My home owners warranty could not be used on an accidental break of a shower faucet handle! My son fell in the shower breaking the handle off and water was spraying everywhere. I had to shut off the main line. I had Jeffs plumbing in my address book given to me by my prior insurance agent. I'm glad!
Jeff sent out a tech within 1 1/2 hours and he was professional fast and fixed it and the price was stellar.
All in all a win win!
Thank you Jeff!

Worst customers service ever! The plumber that was sent out was nice and fixed the problem, clogged shower drain. In and out in 15 minutes. $169 charge - completely fine. I am a renter and the Landlord had me set the appointment since I would be the one at the house. The Landlord chose the company and would be taking care of payment. At the end of the service, I had the Landlord on the phone ready to give payment information. The technician / plumber would not accept the information and said that the main office would send an invoice. The technician/plumber hangs up with the Landlord and leaves. The plumber returns 15 minutes later stating the office is very upset and they need the Landlord's information because he needs to pay today. I graciously gave his information and sent the landlord a text asking that he please call Jeff's Plumbing office ASAP. The Landlord is also at work, like most people, and did not respond immediately. This caused the Owner and Owner's son to call and yell at me about how they needed payment right now and they could not wait around for my Landlord etc. The tone and volume of the son's voice was like nothing I have ever heard - literally screaming at me. I then responded trying to explain that my Landlord had tried to pay and that he was told that he would be sent an invoice. Then the son started yelling at me about ""Well where's the credit card information then. Again I responded that his technician wouldn't accept it. In my mind I am thinking there was some sort of miscommunication, but the way the Owner and Owner's son were yelling at me was insane. I responded stating ""I had never been treated that badly by any company before that this was crazy. He then mimicked me and laughed to someone in the background.

What ever you do - call another company this was the worst experience I have ever had. I have never experienced being threatened like that in my life. If your only mode of communication is to scream at your women customers I think you should probably not deal with customers directly. As a side note to give you a time line the plumber hung up with my landlord at 1:05 PM. The plumber came back at around 1:20PM, I was yelled at by the owner and owner's son at 2:00 PM, the Landlord was free and called and made the payment at 2:40 PM. We are also a returning customer who had used them in March (6 months ago) and clearly had no issue paying our bill.

Do yourself a favor and call another company.

Called to have one of his crew come to fix a leaky fauset in our house. 2 days later they called to make an appointment. 9-12 was their show up window. 5:15 PM finally showed up. Took it apart and looked at it. Said he would have to find the stem at a used plumbing parts store. Keep in mind that the faucets are only 6-7 years old. He said he would get the right part and stop by the next day about 10AM. No show, no call. Called that afternoon, left message, no return call. Called the next day 2 times, still no return call. Finally Monday AM they returned my call. Told him that I would be at his office to retreive my old part. The owner told me that I didn't call. I said I had called at least 3 times to find out when he was going to show up. He told me that I said to the repair guy that I was going to buy a new faucet. No I didn't, took my part and left.
Found another plumbing company that has a much better rating.

Jeff himself is very rude person although font desk may be soft talking. I was able to get the same job done for $40 using another plumber for which Jeff's visiting charges alone were $80. He is very rude and poor customer service. Never going to use him again even if he lowers his price.

This is by far the worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with! I had major sewage back up and called my HOA, they sent Jeff's plumbing out to use the camera but they went from main line to street, it's actually a problem UNDER the house I have now found out after a lot of issues. So the claimed a pipe was wearing thin in front of the house or something which makes it owners responsibility.

Jeff the owner and his secretary are rude! The owner SCREAMED AND YELLED at me several times, the secretary snapped at me twice!

I spoke to my HOA and begged them not to continue to use them. They didn't properly determine WHERE the problem of sewage backup was coming and I ended up paying $2000 for it to not to be the problem, and it just continued. They are horrible at communication. After the 2k work was done and it backed up again 2 weeks later, I called them, thinking I had a warranty since it was only done 2 weeks prior. They sent James out and he snaked it but said it was a service fee of $169. I wasn't happy but NEEDED it fixed. They gave me zero warranty on the unnecessary work then the snaking charge 2 weeks later zero warranty! I'm so absolutely disgusted by the treatment from these two. I have to give 1 star but it's deserving, because the 2 young men (Ahmad and Niel who did the pipe repair) were sweet and very polite. James was also very kind. I'm really sorry the 3 of them have to work for a man that does not know how to treat people, and does not value the customers who are his bread and butter!

The guy who came to do the work (Tony) on the shower and the man who answered the business phone were very condescending jerks while trying to get the shower fixed. During the repair he stopped what he was doing, answered his phone and spoke horribly to whoever called as well. The repair was done fine (easy fix for a plumbing job) but the communication skills are enough to not use this company again. If it were not for the owner of the house making the arrangements, we would have gone with someone else. I can imagine how the anger management is for really tough, complicated jobs.

Preston was sent to my home to replace a faucet, garbage disposal, etc. Unfortunately for me, and quite fortunate for him I personally wasn't home to see the work. He installed the faucet, quite poorly, then told my Fiancee that he couldn't secure it because the manufacturer of the home didn't bore a hole correctly for him to get a pipe wrench in to tighten it down all the way, but not to worry, all would be fine. I came home to 1"" of water in my entire kitchen because of leaks that were not there before the work. Everything is leaking that was installed, I had to shut off the cold water valve, unplug the disposal because it was running by itself, the sprayer attachment leaks water on to the sink top, and I am emptying water from a mop bucket daily underneath my sink. I called Preston personally who told me to hire a Carpenter to bore a hole so he could tighten faucet. After telling him I'm not spending another dime on what any reputable experienced plumber is capable of, he tried to be rude, suggested I don't know anything, and to call his boss because he had no time for a piss match. I called Jeff, from bad to worse, who suggested I contact the manufacturer of the home to do what they should have done in the first place. REALLY?? Jeff was not only rude, tried to berate me about construction, and hung up!! NEWS FLASH.....to Jeff & Preston!! I work in construction & am quite knowledgeable to know blatant incompetence when I see it, Your employee is incompetent, for you to blow off a customer complaint especially when you haven't seen the work in question is ridiculous, and to think you will just walk away with hard earned money leaving this family high and dry having to hire someone else to fix what your employee screwed up?? Not going to happen!! You had a chance to make it right and you chose not to!! By the way,..... I dare you knock on my door with that tough guy attitude and find out first hand how that will work out for you!!

I can not believe how terrible I was treated by Jeff's Plumbing. I called them because I needed rotor rooter work done on the main line, and that is what I inquired about. A couple of plumbers came out, Corey and his co-worker, who's name I did not get. They asked what was backing up, so I explained to them that I had a contractor come out earlier and say we needed the main rotor rooted, but that it was the tub. They attempted to snake the tub, after 5 minutes of being here, they said they needed to return the next day to complete the job, and said I would need to pay 159.00 that day.
After they left, i noticed the bathroom was left a complete mess, wet, muddy footprints everywhere, they broke a leg off of my sink and scratched the tile in the shower, and did not put anything that they moved back.
The plumbers returned the next day and again were only here for 5 minutes before they told me the whole piping under the house needed to be replaced. I called my landlord with them in front of me, and my landlord said we should get a second estimate. The plumbers said ok, and that the check i wrote out to them would be deducted from the total if we went with them.
We ended up going with a different company, and when i called Jeff's Plumbing to see if I could recover the money for a job that was not done, he immediately raised his voice at me and called me an idiot, I could not believe it! i asked him to please not raise his voice, and hear me out, then he hung up on me. I called him back and asked him to please hear me out, his receipt says we charge by the job, not by the hour, and i told him of the mess the plumbers made, he yelled at me over the phone, actually, called me a ""f***ing idiot,"" and to ""not f***ing call him and waste his time no more!"" I am still in disbelief!
please use Ace Plumbing or Preferred Plumbing, they are definitely not in the business to gouge you, and are actually cordial and were willing to work with us. I should have known the difference when these two companies said they collect payment after the job is complete and to my inspection satisfaction.
