They ripped me off, what a disgrace. I had a leaky toilet. They came and replaced a bolt, tank to bowl, and charged me $500.00. They charged me a $250 emergency fee without telling me they were going to charge it first (took 1.5 - 2 hours to get here, good thing they are emergency responders). Spent 20 minutes max, replaced 1-2 bolts for an additional $220.00. Told me I need other things replaced that would cost another $315.00 more. It would have been cheaper to replace the toilet.
I left a message on the machine letting them know it was disgraceful. Don't use them, they will rip you off.

I've used Jeffrey Burke Plumbing in the past but I feel they continue to rip me off. They charged me $519 to snake two bathroom sinks. I asked for the receipt and it's not itemized so I don't know what I even paid for. I'm very disappointed and feel like I've been scammed.

We called last week for an appointment for a problem we have had for 6/7 months. We had other plumbers come in and it was never fixed.
James came today with another worker and they were not giving up until the problem was fixed. They found the problem. After they were done they actually wiped everything down and left my house how they found it. I would definitely recommend this company!

I don't do bad reviews often but when it deserves it I feel I have to. First call was pleasant...a guy came out because of a leak under the toilet. They said it had to be reset which took about 45 minutes and $360 later. Over priced but whatever, no more leak. When he left the toilet was making a noise it never made before but went away after flushing so I paid it no mind...Three days later the noise did not go away so I had to turn off the water supply and call them back to come see what's going on. They came today and fixed a valve saying the old one was broken and asked for another $185 for something that was working when they came the first time. So all in all...an hour worth of work and a purchase of one part total,that wasn't broken before, almost $600! Never again will I use this company.

This company is very reliable and knowledgeable. Let me start by saying it is hard to find a reliable company that is knowledgeable of steam radiator systems. We had an emergency on a week night in a home we were set to sell in less than a week. James came out at 9pm to fix the problem. Thank god he did because we had water pouring out of our old steam radiator system and we wouldn't have been able to sleep until it was fixed. After we closed on our new home we had Justin over to service our oil heating system which is probably older than I am. Both technicians wore masks and kept their work area clean which I really appreciated.

I had a problem with my HVAC furnace and I called Jeff Burke to do the repair work. He came right away and after 10-minutes of checking the system, he told me that the exhaust fan motor in the furnace was bad and needed replacement. He used his mouth to pressure up the pressure switch which activates the gas valve and triggers the pilot. He told me that he would go to his distributor and find the part and get back to me. He collected the $150 for his visit and left and never got back to me to tell me if had found the part or if he would be able to fix the system - NO further communication. All he was interested in was to collect his $150 for the visit or maybe he didn't know how to fix the problem. By using his mouth to pressure up the pressure switch he also damaged the pressure switch which then, in addition to the inducer fan/motor assembly, also had to be replaced by the next company I called costing me lot more money. So disappointing how some people act so unprofessionally -- shame!!

I found Jeff to be VERY expensive and not a reliable person to deal with. I would go to him to fix any future HVAC/Plumbing problems only if there was NO other person/company in the world who I could find. Recommend stay away from him and do yourself a favor!
