This company is very reliable and knowledgeable. Let me start by saying it is hard to find a reliable company that is knowledgeable of steam radiator systems. We had an emergency on a week night in a home we were set to sell in less than a week. James came out at 9pm to fix the problem. Thank god he did because we had water pouring out of our old steam radiator system and we wouldn't have been able to sleep until it was fixed. After we closed on our new home we had Justin over to service our oil heating system which is probably older than I am. Both technicians wore masks and kept their work area clean which I really appreciated.

I had a problem with my HVAC furnace and I called Jeff Burke to do the repair work. He came right away and after 10-minutes of checking the system, he told me that the exhaust fan motor in the furnace was bad and needed replacement. He used his mouth to pressure up the pressure switch which activates the gas valve and triggers the pilot. He told me that he would go to his distributor and find the part and get back to me. He collected the $150 for his visit and left and never got back to me to tell me if had found the part or if he would be able to fix the system - NO further communication. All he was interested in was to collect his $150 for the visit or maybe he didn't know how to fix the problem. By using his mouth to pressure up the pressure switch he also damaged the pressure switch which then, in addition to the inducer fan/motor assembly, also had to be replaced by the next company I called costing me lot more money. So disappointing how some people act so unprofessionally -- shame!!

I found Jeff to be VERY expensive and not a reliable person to deal with. I would go to him to fix any future HVAC/Plumbing problems only if there was NO other person/company in the world who I could find. Recommend stay away from him and do yourself a favor!

Quick to respond, able to arrive quickly as well, but extremely expensive. Expect to pay about a double of what you would to an average plumber. If money were no object, rating would be higher.

Jeff Burke Plumbing can to my house today to replace a waste line from the kitchen sink that was repeatedly clogging. The line runs through my office which has a lot of computer equipment so i was a little concerned. The crew that came over was very polite and covered anything that was near the line. I could not be happier with their professionalism, knowledge and courteousness. Highly recommended!

This guy is a clown. Called him on Fri morning about a leaky pipe, I said I'd be home at 5. He said he ""doesn't like working late on Fridays"" so I asked my bf to go to my house in the afternoon. I let this plumber know he could go anytime between 2-5pm.

When I get home at 5, my bf said he never came. So I call him back hey are you coming? I have never heard someone so disinterested to make money and do work. He sighed and said he'd text me back in 30 mins. I said ok. We waited 1hr 15mins, nothing, so we went out to dinner and run errands before leaving for vacation in the AM.

Then he texts me hours later saying I called you 6 times why aren't you picking up the phone. Because I waited all day to hear from you and we had shit to do!

If you need a plumber, save yourself the headache and don't even bother w this loser.
