I have called them for many years about every type of plumbing problem there is, from re-piping and new toilet tank assemblies to sewer line clearing and irrigation repairs. I can expect the same thing every time: friendly receptionist, competent plumbers, and not a dollar of an overcharge. I am glad there are plumbers out there who won't take advantage, and who give professional attention whether the matter is urgent or not.

The insurance company referred them do a second opinion on another company that wanted to do a $10,000 repair job. They found that there was not the problem the other company wanted to repair. These guys just saved me almost $6K. A different company sent by my home warranty company told me 45 feet of sewer line under the slab was completely corroded on the bottom and was leaking everything that went through it into the dirt. I stressed over it for days and finally had Jeff Frankel Plumbing come out for a second opinion. Not only did they easily clear the supposedly unclearable clog that started at all (with ease, mind you), but they also found definitive proof that the entire line was completely intact. It was perfectly fine and needed no repairs whatsoever. I'm so thankful to them for their great work and integrity.

We had a very unfortunate situation with a drain line from our kitchen and garage to the main. The pipes from 1964 were corroded and falling apart. Our insurance company sent Jeff Frankel Plumbing out to investigate and report back. We were told we could choose our own or use Jeff Frankel. We went with Jeff Frankel Plumbing. We are extremely glad we did. His team was FANTASTIC! They didn't waste any time trenching through the house. They were determined to get the job done quickly but efficiently. His crew was friendly, professional, and caring. They fixed the issue and ensured it was done right the first time. Every day, they cleaned up as much as they could. At the end of the ""project,"" they did a final clean up and haul-away. Shout out to this wonderful company and all the guys who made a bad situation a bit more tolerable. Great job and thank you! It's wonderful to be able to do laundry at home again!!!

OK, timeline first. First contact was Monday the 20th. After no return call I call again on Tuesday. Answer service, They take my info and I get a call back about two hours later. I tell the lady who I am. I have given them a $5000 commercial job and a $250 home job. REPEAT customer! Pay after job completion both times. She says John will call me. He did! 36 hours later. I tell him what's going on. He says Thursday maybe. Friday for sure. Friday at 11:00 I call the office. I get the same lady. She is rude, defensive and put off as I am assuredly am interrupting her day. She tells me there must be some kind of mis communication and they are booked but they can have someone come Wednesday the 29th! MORE SOUP PLEASE? Crazy stupid on steroids! I have a bathroom leak where I have to turn the water off in the whole house to stop it and there going to do me a favor and fit me in 5 days from now? They over committed and where not professional enough to say call another plumber? Well, that's what I did. N2 Plumbing 818-606--5640 that's Noel's cell phone number. I called he was there in 4 hours. Found the leak, fixed it and by 1:30 it was done! Call this company if you want to sit around and wait. No customer service and no PLUMBER to get the job done after a week? While I should say they did excellent work the first two times I used them I am not overly enthusiastic about this deal. John, you failed miserably and whoever your secretary is? She's as big a piece of work as you are. Needless to say I won't be bothering you again!
