Best plumber I know! Super trustworthy professional and experienced! I unfortunately have issues with a clogged kitchen sink and Jeff is always there to save the day! My hot water heater broke during the holidays and with out hesitation he was there to rescue my family! It's hard to find a plumber you can trust highly recommended!

Love this guy! He made a very complex situation that could have been $3000-$5000 very simple and fixed right away even though he was booked for the day. Our Main Water line burst and he prioritized the job so at least our family could have water.

If you need a plumber I couldn't recommend Jeff Frankel Plumbing & his team more. Thankful for him as he's been very good to us over the years.

One time he was too busy to make it over (within the day) to snake out the out kitchen sink trap so he asked me to call another company & told me if we have a problem to let him know. The other national company, came out & snaked out the trap (paid a little extra, but it was done). When the Other plumber was walking past our front hose bib he said a lot of houses in the area have water pressure that is too high & asked if he could check it for me for free. He connected the gauge & said wow it's way to high & provided an estimate of what seemed to be an outrageous amount. I told him I have a regular plumber so I'd call him.

I called Jeff & he said he'd come over right after work. When he pressure tested he said it was in normal range & asked where the other guy connected the gauge. I showed him where and Jeff laughed...he said the other plumber tested the pressure before the regulator (full pressure from city) confirmed we didn't need a regulator, confirmed the estimate was outrageous, thanked me for calling him first and said there was no charge. I am a huge fan of Jeff Frankel Plumbing.

Our main line became clogged from people using too many ""flushable"" wipes especially during this time. I was referred to Jeff Frankel Plumbing by another plumbing company I had used in the past because my house didn't have a main clean out so John thought they would have go in through the roof. I phoned Jeff Frankel Plumbing spoke to the very pleasant, knowledgeable receptionist and she was able to not only get them out same day, but within hours!! Much to my surprise and delight! The gentlemen who came out tried several different routes to get to the clog and were persistent until they were able to get it done even though it took a couple of hours due my older home not having a main clean out and the roof route wouldn't work due to not having a straight line access. Everyone who worked on this plumbing issue were above competent, and excellent representatives of the customer service of this company. AND I was presented with a very reasonable bill upon my return, even though I feared it was going to be much more due to the difficulty encountered in clearing the main due to our older house. Very, very pleased and so happy to have received the referral from the other plumbing company and very delighted that there is the relationship to cross refer if needed. Highly recommend both plumbing companies!

This company is terrific. Got out to us within 24 hours and quickly found the source of a small leak that 2 other plumbing companies could not figure out. Even charged me less than they quoted on the phone because it took them so little time to figure out my problem. Will definitely be using them again!

I have called them for many years about every type of plumbing problem there is, from re-piping and new toilet tank assemblies to sewer line clearing and irrigation repairs. I can expect the same thing every time: friendly receptionist, competent plumbers, and not a dollar of an overcharge. I am glad there are plumbers out there who won't take advantage, and who give professional attention whether the matter is urgent or not.

The insurance company referred them do a second opinion on another company that wanted to do a $10,000 repair job. They found that there was not the problem the other company wanted to repair. I have found them to be helpful and I truly believe honest about what they tell me I need. I have referred them to other friends and everyone is satisfied with the work and the reasonable cost.
