Our recirculating pump to for hot water went out. I called Jeff late in the afternoon and he came aout at the appointed time the next afternoon.
We live in Folsom and the part pump we needed was located in Rocklin.
Jeff and Tyler picked up the part and were here as scheduled the next morning. The work was done promptly. Needless to say we are incredibly pleased with the service. Will be our go to plumber going forward.

I am a part time resident of Folsom and needed help in a difficult situation. I agree with the other positive reviews. Professional, positive, polite and easy to work with. They replaced aged leaking hot water heater fittings/flexible pipe and installed a main shut-off valve into the house. Would definitely use again.

We came back from vacation to find our water heater not working. I tried piloting it, to no avail.
There was also water leaking from top as well.
I then got on to yelp called a few local companies, they would only come a week away.

Only Jeff Boaze folks came right away, inspected the heater and determined that it is rusted at the top and needs replacement.
Then came the quotes and replacing my existing 40 Gal unit with a 50 Gal unit that is ultra low nox (needed by code in SaC county).

If you are looking for friendly and courteous service, give these guys a shot.

Jeff and crew have done two jobs for me, a leak in a hot water line between floors and a toilet install. I was most impressed with their professionalism. All workers were cleanly dressed, polite and knowledgeable. Prices were competitive and they take credit cards. The best thing was that Jeff answers his phone, responds quickly, and has a very flexible schedule. He never tried to sell me on anything I didn't need and seems like he is a no nonsense type of guy! One of the guys on his crew even asked if I had any other plumbing questions for them to take a look at while they were there. I had a cap missing from a valve under a sink and they soldered me a cap for no charge! This ""above and beyond"" level of service will lead me to call Jeff Boaze for all my plumbing needs.

I noticed a leak in my water heater right before the Thanksgiving holiday. I called Jeff Boaze Plumbing after doing some online research. They showed up within an hour, inspected the heater, and concluded that I need a new heater (my old heater is about 17 years old). They offered a reasonable price on a new heater and installation. The job was done in less than 2 hours. I am very satisfied with their work!
