This company is amazing! The pipe leading to a hose bib in my backyard, broke inside the house wall. I sent out an email to my community to get a recommendation for a plumber and I received four responses...three of them recommended Jeff Boaze. When I called they answered the phone immediately, no voicemail messages were needed. They were extremely busy that day, but managed to squeeze me in later in the afternoon. Chris and Tyler were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very personable. They patiently explained what needed to be done and why? They even fixed a different faucet in the front of the house and my shower before leaving. They are a locally owned Folsom business, that is family run, with years of experience. I highly recommend this company. Great experience.

We had an ""oopsy"" while doing a small home improvement job and accidentally put a screw through a water pipe - water started spraying. After turning off the main valve to the house, we called Jeff Boaze Plumbing and they answered immediately (no voicemail, no answering service, an actual person). They were able to come to the house within 45 minutes - wow...as you can imagine in our situation, we were thrilled with the quick response.

They were timely, friendly, professional, and did a great job. The work was done so fast and even though this was an urgent need, the costs were fair and a good value.

I especially appreciated them wearing masks during this pandemic.

I highly recommend Jeff Boaze Plumbing and will use them again (but hopefully not for another oopsy )

Jeff came out in a hurry to help with my water leak. He and his son Tyler sprung into action, fixed the leak, and gave me a few tips as well. Very friendly, professional, and courteous. Live in Folsom, got a pin hole leak and was freaking out. Found Jeff Boaze Plumbing from Nextdoor and gave them a call. On Monday, they called me back first thing and they were out same day. Very professional and explained what he was doing thru his process, since I am noisy like that. Hopefully I don't need their services again, but if I do I will use them again. Here is why the 5 star rating. Prompt follow up to my call, on time for appointment, competitive pricing for needed service, which was replacement of water pressure regulator, and cleaned up area when finished. They are a local small business, which I prefer. Referred JB plumbing to neighbor who also received same excellent service.

Our toilets were leaking and water was backing up into our showers. We first called Bonney and they said they were going to snake the line outside. They looked at it and said it was just an ""in"" not an ""in / out"". They quoted $2700 to dig a new line. That price seemed steep so we called Jeff Boaze. They talked my husband through looking at the line over the phone, and turns out it did go in both directions. They came over to fix it right away, only charging $200. The people at Bonney were either incompetent or trying to rip us off.

We found a leak in our nine year old hot water heater and called Jeff Boaze Plumbing. We did get a couple of quotes on the job but Jeff's crew came in with a better price. Zach and Chris came out with the new heater and did a great job. You just can't find a couple of guys any better than these two. They were friendly, knowledgeable, worked quickly and paid a lot of attention to the overall quality of work. Something as simple as a vent pipe gave them some problems. The previous pipe was held together with pipe tape but through the years it lost adhesion and the heater was pretty much venting into the attic. The new pipe was giving them problems and didn't want to attach the way it was made so they used self tapping screws on the entire pipe to ensure it would stay connected. Perfect! As I said, they really knew what they were doing and had a great sense of humor at the same time. The job was completed in a timely manor and so far, no problems. They explained how to make adjustments and gave some hot water heater advice! Great guys, acceptable price, quality work and completed in time. What more can you ask for?

Jeff Boaze Plumbing was great until today. First service good. The second time, the owner accused of calling multiple times when In fact I only called once. Odd...but willing to let that go since I needed the work done.

What was most shocking was being ridiculed from staff in front of my face. The first visit I misspelled plumbing on check as I have a learning disability and was in a rush. (I realized that after the fact). As I am signing off work today, staff person makes joke about ""not knowing how to spell"" as if I wouldn't know. Hopefully it was all worth with it.
