The phone receptionist was helpful and considerate. That's the best thing I can say. I scheduled an appointment several days in advance and agreed to pay four hours for a one and a half hour job as I am a disabled vet . I waited forty five minutes after the hour window I was given and received no call , text or anything else. When I called. Was told ""oh he had an emergency so we need to reschedule."" If they couldn't notify me this time I doubt I would hear next time. Did the job myself in an hour and a half and a half, four hundred dollars. I wouldn't call them again for a toilet repair.

Needed plumbing services to troubleshoot a strong odor coming from the bathtub and after reading the reviews for JDM Plumbing I gave them a call. I called after hours and within minutes received a call back they got my information and said they would call me back in the morning to schedule an appointment. Early morning I received a call and they scheduled an appointment for the afternoon same day. The technician name was George what a great person! extremely knowledgeable and he walked me through the process of troubleshooting and resolving the issue.
