Called them yesterday morning. An incredibly nice woman scheduled our appointment and Jesse was at our house by 10am. We had a toilet replaced, another toilet fixed, a bathroom faucet replaced leaking issues fixed and I'm sure other things that I haven't even listed. Jesse is so awesome!! He did a great job!! They are honest hardworking professionals with honest pricing and I would definitely recommend them to our friends and family!!

Oscar & Jesse just stopped by to help me out of a jam that was over my head as a DIY-er. They assessed the situation and immediately came up with a solution that was astounding in its simplicity. It's obvious that they take customer service seriously and will never try to add work to or inflate a project with unnecessary add-ons or busy work. (Martha in the office is great too).

If you're looking for a responsive, reliable company that stands behind their work - give them a shot!

I think I can count on 1 hand how many times I've needed a plumber in the last 10yrs. When you're in a sort of ""emergency "" situation. I just wanted to be treated fairly and get someone who could help quickly.

So it's with those ideas in my mind when I went to Yelp and found JDM plumbing.

Note: they were the 3rd company I called from Yelp.

They diagnosed my water heater issue over the phone...thankfully it was still under warranty...scheduled a visit to replace said water heater...in an hour...that's right!! no exagération...An hour after I called, a technician was in front of my house with a warranty replacement water heater !

Of course, I was in the right circumstance to get this response, so in that sense I feel fortunate but still JDM was true to their word.

The technician/plumber was great, friendly and fast..nicely dressed and handled everything very well. The great service took less than an hour.

Ultimately, very a hassle free experience from everyone I came in contact with.

The cost (of the service call) was more than fair, they didn't charge me an ""emergency"" fee and like I said, the water heater was under warranty and they were the ones who made me aware of that!

I'll remember JDM plumbing and give them my business on future plumbing needs/emergencies !

We have had some strange & uncomfortable experiences with plumbers over the years. Kenyon from JDM Plumbing was so great, I called the company to let them know. He was respectful, kind, professional, friendly and clearly cared about doing a good job. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely call them again.

We have been calling them for our plumbing needs since 2017. How do I remember the year? My water heater had a leak on my son's graduation day/party. They sent someone immediately to help and we have been with them ever since! Professional and friendly!

They were amazing! They showed up on time for the quote and to fix my tub drain. They were clean and friendly. They did the job well and they added a rib stopper at no extra charge. They quoted exactly what it cost with no surprises. I would absolutely call them anytime!

Called JDM and they were able to come out same day. Great I thought. Gentlemen was only at my house 10 min clicked my pilot light a few times and said ""it doesn't work.."" He scratched his head and looked at the water heater for an obvious problem but could not find the problem. I asked him if he was going to at least diagnose the issue- he said his company only works on Rheem water heaters. Mine is whirlpool and is 4.5 years old. He offered to replace it for $1600. I thanked him and suggested he let his company know they should only advertise their expertise is with Rheem. 10 min later he came back to my door and wanted to charge me $100.75. The company secretary also acknowledged I was to pay $100.75 for the 10 min clicking of the pilot button. I refused suggesting they ask future clients the brand of water heater prior to making an appointment to avoid wasting time.

Had a clogged mainline on a Monday evening. I contacted their office the following morning and the dispatcher was able to fit me in that day. She was very helpful! George was the technician that came out! He has been to our house a few times and is awesome. Very methodical, neat and professional. Will always call them!!

We called JDM to fix our main line issue and they came out same day at our office in Ventura, on time and with a smile and fixed the issue. George did a clean professional job and fixed a couple other small issue that he noticed all at a very respectable price. Very satisfied and will call again should we need a plumber and recommend them highly if you have a plumbing issue.
